I can normally only do 20 pushups in a row but every time I watch "The Beast's" videos I drop to the floor and do 30. What a lovely human and inspiration! Big Love! I power lifted starting at 160 pounds getting up to 220 at 5”11 and I haven’t been in the gym in 10 years BUT after watching your approach and out look, YOU HAVE COMPLETELY INSPIRED ME and I have dived head first right back into the gym like I never left the gym. I owe it to you beast because you reminded me about the love and passion and just the mental healthy outlook you take on when back on routine. i don't even lift but i'm hooked on these strong man channels. everyone's got a great outlook and is strictly about the task at hand. so refreshing. makes me want to stop being a sack of shit and get to it.

Had bicep tendon cut from shoulder to save it for reverse shoulder replacement because it was so frayed. What excercises can I do to build strength around it? Had staph in shoulder also so recovery hasn't been exactly going as planned. Any advice on getting back on track?

gym equipment arrives in 3 days. time to get back in that dungeon where strength is made. had a bad shoulder injury 4 years ago that took me out of the gym life. this was the inspiration i needed to get back on it.

Eddie is just such a freaking beast, what the hell.
