@@vitaliyvorobets2738 Im talking in general when youre an armwrestler you practice keeping tight angles, flexed wrist, radial deviation etc even when you arent doing specific arm wrestling training. You want your nervous system to automatically put your arm in a good armwrestling position without even thinking about it. That being said it is ofcourse nice to stretch all the way out with very light weights

A lot of guys wait at the bottom of a strict curl. But it feels way easier when you go instantly. Take one breath when you pick it up and go as soon as you're standing straight!

Weighted dips competitions exist in calisthenics. I think Mattew Zlat has the unoffical wr witn +195kg but I'm sure Andrey Smaev could be strongest in total (bodyweight+added)

At this point you should definitely go on a cutting cycle. Drop down to 1% bodyfat and bring out the striations in your femur and sternum.
