When Ryan came to visit my house after a TV purchase 3 years ago, he was easily able to identify the needs to upgrade my existing system. He was courteous, responsive and timely. Over the last 20 years I have purchased a number of items from WWS, all with excellent results. What stands out most in my mind was when I had a bicycle accident shortly after my last purchase, Ryan sent me a card along with a gift package of local Philadelphia treats. This embodies the care and relationship - that they, at WWS show clients and prospective customers.
