World Series of Poker Main Event 2022 - Final Table
Спорт
The 2022 WSOP Main Event final table is set with Espen Jorstad and Matthew Su sharing the chip lead as just ten players remain from the 8,663 entrants that started nearly two weeks earlier. Matija Dobric, Aaron Duczak, John Eames, Adrian Attenborough, Michael Duek, Jeff Farnes, Asher Conniff, and Philippe Souki complete the first WSOP Main Event final table on the Las Vegas Strip. The final ten players have all guaranteed themselves $675,000 in prize money, but all eyes remain on the $10,000,000 first-place prize and title of 2022 World Champion.

Wow quad Kings to knock ‘em out! Ouch!
That 20 min tank with bottom pair is absolutely ridiculous. I get you beat bluffs but no reason it should of taken nearly that long
@CSVGT

I remember watching this live and it was even more ridiculous. And then he ended up calling off his tournament with a low pair in the end anyway!

There’s a lot of flush and straight draws missed. There aren’t many jams there. He has no blockers at all. It’s probably a decent call

Having a Jack in his hand makes it a very bad call in the first hand. Blocks J9 and KJ which would be 2 of the main bluffs Jorstad could have

@@ChrisTravelss I can't be annoyed? I can't find someone's actions annoying? I can't find it annoying to repeatedly shout for cards when not at risk and ahead? Is it considered being a game bot by acting with class? No one wants the sunglasses and headphones at the table but kindly stfu and stop jumping to conclusions. He's just annoying, kind of like you. No big deal.
This thing really turned into a donkument by the final table. A tournament that has great structure at the start almost turns into a turbo tourney by the end due to the endless tanking that leads to far less hands being played in days 5, 6, 7.

Average stack size at start of final table was around 50 BB. That's pretty high for a tournament. The early structure is excellent because the players aren't playing 30 BB effective by level 4-5 like in most tournaments. But the blinds will always catch up with the stacks. As long as they're playing with 100 BB effective plus eliminations will be very low. Players aren't busting except very extreme coolers. AA vs KK preflop or boat over boat, 2nd nut Flush to nut Flush post flop.
imagine getting knocked out by quad kings on the flop 🙈 this gotta be the most burtal flop ive ever seen
A deserved champion. He was very humble in his win and pure class 👏
wow attenborough had some serious punts at the end, i know jorstad was getting hit by the deck but the checkraise on the flops with worse hands was abysmal

Jorstad had him read like a book…check your strong hands, then bet your bad hands…then he called off his whole stack with 4’s lol….just goes to show you heads up poker is a different type of poker you play
The rush off being all in at these stakes must be on another level. They’re talking about possibly hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars on the flip of a card or two.

I think by the time you make the final table you probably aren't thinking about the money, you've already got a big cash, but nothing will beat being WSOP main event champion

8 million dollars to the winner…determined by literally a card…or position…or even the way the dealer cuts or shuffles the cards!
To waste 🗑 1/2 of his 200 mill. Stack with j4 d is dumb, especially 😤 heads up at the main event. 😮.

Yep, that was such a bad last few hands. He was calling with the worst possible hands.
The Australian player 👏. He recognises he was lucky to get there but he okayed really well. I like when players like him go far in tournaments. Zhang for example was just an aggressive donkey. Duek almost the same but not at that level. The winner Joorstad also played very well and got luckier at the final table. I like that this two guys made it to heads up. On Sunday I made one mistake and got out of a tournament. As Joorstad mentioned you don’t have to make mistakes…and of course get lucky in flips and other situations
Dorbric goes from 90million to 131m and we dont even see the hands...
Having these be spectator events, with everyone the player has ever met on the rail screaming for cards, is really obnoxious even just watching on KZread. I can't imagine how bad it is actually trying to play at that table.

Ok first of all amazing tournament. I wanted everybody to win at some point and every hand seemed to be played well even knowing the cards. The crowd was amazing. Favorite part tho is the subtitles at 2:00:01 "Waits then pounces he saw Adrien Czech Rays"... pure gold.
Lon's take that Sam Adams is a hearty beer is the equivalent of saying 99 HU with 40 BB total on the table is an easy fold
Is the 2023 WSOP main event cbs edited version up?
Am i the only one who thinks duek looks like bond villan from casino Royale
7:00 A Strikeout. Death by quads.
I forgot poker could be so wholesome, I’ve been watching too much footage with Hellmouth in it.
Didn’t remember Cory Sandhagen finishing second in the main event.
I guess you have to be behind pre flop in order to win an all in. That's the way the cards are running at the FT.

Analyzed it…unless a 6 or 2 comes he picks up 2(?) win/chop outs.
I don't understand the call with J4 by Attenborough against jorstad on the final hand. Jorstad check raised him and continued C betting to the river, bad call.
Su is just slow playing send Sarah so much all in action he's waiting for his bumps
The best is winner!!
Steaming on tilt 😂😂😂 Su you should know better 😂 The place is what matters for more money you can chill till you get to atleast 5 or 6 places then play your cards😂
Have to feel like that was a bad call with JJ by Su for almost his whole stack. I don't think Duczak is shoving there with an underpair, and only a slim chance of a shove with AJ. Most likely you're at best racing for your stack.Nobody likes to get pushed off a raise with jacks, but I have to feel like there are better spots to call off your stack.

Coin flip is one thing, 50/50. But hit more coin flips in the main event final table is nothing else but luck
That shot at the rail is really annoying and disrespectful. Have some class.
What do you do with a bracelet worth over half a million dollars? If it gets out that you keep it at home someone will break in to steal it and if you keep it in a safe deposit box then you never get to see it.
Man I’ll never understand why these guys make it to the top 3 and bluff off a large portion or ALL of their stack it just blows my mind…that’s not how you win a heads up or 3 handed game 🤦♂️
KJ fold on turn by SUKI waa ridiculous,he should have pushed turn Then DOBRIC after taking that pot pushes Q6 off WTF!!?
