    yeah Brent Kenny got knocked out of an 08 or 07 main event and no1 paid attention to him but he later became the all time money leader with over 50m in winnings

    I mean people thought Joe Cada was a "one time wonder" and still kind of talk about him like that, but truth is, he's won a few bracelets, and has cashed tons of times in a small amount of time relatively. You never know.

    @@CrazeeAdam Cada is a great player, but the truth is that he was incredibly lucky during the FT. Overall, you gotta be lucky throughout the whole ME, but flopping a set with a low pair twice on all-in was just something else.

    Matt Affleck was a solid player then and still is. So unlucky against that donk Duhamel. He has lost a lot of weight since this main event , that’s for sure and still grinding lol

These tournaments would still be televised and have way more popularity if the tournament "officials" weren't such losers.

    I hate the penalty for expressing your emotions. It's cringe don't get me wrong, but some of these players are not pro and just happy to still in the tournament after winning an all in or big pot hand.
