Here’s something that can change your way of life or thinking. This is the most important thing you will hear/read today. If you’ve told one lie, stolen anything, or lusted (which is adultery of the heart), you’ll be found guilty on Judgment Day and end up in Hell. But there’s good news: Though we broke God’s Law, Jesus, the prophesied Messiah, perfectly kept the Law, fulfilling all righteousness. He paid the fine for sinners ( that we could never pay ) by suffering and dying on the cross-absorbing the wrath of God that we deserve. “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” Then Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. Today, repent and trust Jesus; God will grant you forgiveness and the gift of eternal life. God bless

You can have a lot of visceral fat under the abs which is actually more dangerous for health issues than subcutaneus fat (which hangs and flops around). Also organ hypertrophy further expanding the gut pressing the abs outwards is a real thing in many ppl who's ever done steroids. I dunno if Eddie does/did em, but that's how it is. That being said it is impressive that a body of that size can be this functional.

When I was in high school, one of our phys-ed teachers was a retired Marine colonel. His name was Joe Molitoris. He was not only a great teacher but the best motivator I have ever met. I was a skinny 5 foot 10 inch 135 pounds but I was highly competitive and pound for pound one of the strongest kids in school. Thanks to coach Mol, our gym classes were tested against the Marine Corps physical fitness tests. Always wanting to be the best I looked up the requirements for passing, elite, and found the state records for high school students. When I got to sit-ups I saw that the record for 11th graders was 76 reps in 2 min. I was certain I could beat that and focused on owning that record. On the day of the sit-up test, we were told that 70 was a 100-point score. I told the coach I was going for the record and he said 76 reps in 2 min. is going to be tough, do you think you can do it? I told him I was doing 80 in practice and felt sure I can do it. When word got around, the gym started to fill up to see if this not-so-star athlete could do this. I was up first and was moving pretty well until around 60 I started cramping. It was all I could do to get 70 and score 100 points. I was so upset with myself that I asked the coach if I could try again by going last. That gave me around 30 min to stretch out the cramps. My classmates thought I was nuts because I already had 100 points. I just said "Because I can do 80 '. I did 80 reps with a few seconds left, but 80 was my wall.

At age of 14(8th grade) my cousin(2 years younger) and I went challenge mode. I was doing 100 press bends in one take(around 3:smth), 50 push-ups(hell knows how many time it took, I presume a bit more than 2 minutes), climbed to 15 pull-ups. Never made a run though. Even then, a 48 KG teenager of mine would literally die in attempt to do all the things within time, taking only 2 minutes rest in between! And we were some kind of "sporty" guys back then!

@Just Some Guy without a Mustache to hell with you. You say those things about Israel without even knowing us. We could've easily made Israel a Jewish only country when the arab nations tried attacking us together in the six day war after 1948 but we have more than 2m arabs living in our country. What happens when you as a jew go into an arab town? You get assaulted, rocks are thrown at you and they're trying to kill. You think Israel are the one organising the attacks on Gaza and striking first? No. Hamas attacks us with a s**t load of missiles. The only reason we don't have thousands of dead people is the iron Dome and our military. Every assault on Gaza results in civilians dying because these basterds hamas use them as meat shield. Try visiting israel for once before judging. People here are welcoming and we have the most humane army in the world ( litterly we never give death penalties and never kill fckin terrorists). You think we're evil cause you have no idea about what's going on. I thought people would learn after the Holocaust that being antisemitic only results in death and begins a cycle of hatered. We just want to live in peace without recieving death threats from everyone. If the US weren't supporting us and our army wasn't powerful, Hitler's goal to exterminate Jews would've been accomplished accomplished. We desire peace. But you people judging us without having a clue is what stops it from happening. Mark my words: world war 3 is going to happen soon and it won't end until either Israel or the arab nations are dead and nobody wants to burry his brothers and family in the ground

To be fair to Eddie, 90% or more of people in Eddie's weight category would not be able to finish that run without passing out or having a heart attack on the spot. The fact he got through that shows what an athlete he is, willing to push himself or die trying... Sidenote.... Having a superheavyweight chase you down like that is kinda scary

It's actually super surprising that he got it at such a pace. I've seen lads half his weight do it in much worse times. Heck, my best time was 10:56 and I can't seem to get it under that! As much as Eddie can come across arrogant, he's an elite tier athlete and for being 26 stone he smashed that run.. Any weight above 18 stone doing that is impressive.

He never got tired, never showed any sign of weakness, he could outlift and outrun everyone, and if you stopped running to puke, just hearing him come running would make you start sprinting, the dude was terrifying! Like a white Dwayne Johnson, but mean AF.. But I`m glad that guy was there back in the day, because now I use him as workout motivation, I simply imagine him coming after me when I start feeling lazy :D

@@tysonangeles1568 The reason why I said what I said in my comment is because I used to be really heavy way back and I'm very active during those time. Now I'm like 20-ish kg lighter than before, but I'm way less active. When I started running again quite recently, I feel like I don't struggle as much as I did back then, and when I started that running, I was expecting to be at worse state than when I weight much more but more active, cause I thought I have more stamina back then. That tells me that having huge body weight is a huge handicap for running. Being active definitely helps for sure, but being too heavy significantly reduces your performance during running, at least that's what my experience is. That's why I applaud Eddie to be able to run that distance with those time even with something like 70+ kg of weight difference between him and me. Also, my current running time compared to his running time in this video is actually not that far off, which is why I'm even more in awe. I definitely wasn't trying to say that Eddie's not an active guy lol, I was saying that I was the one who's very inactive until recently. I've followed Eddie for quite a while now, I know a lot of stuffs that he's done. Hope that clears that up, cheers.

@@dantorbz7024 Dan it sounds like your already doing a great job and have a great attitude towards your dream. My best advice is to continue what your doing, obviously you need upper body strength but if you have good cardio you can do every course I've been through. I recommend jogging with a weighted vest as well, so your knees and shins are used to that abuse, (don't get to crazy with weights at your age because your knees don't deserve the beating) my knees where shot by 35, lol. Obviously lots of push ups and sit ups, BUT remember everyone has muscle failure so it is what it is, i mean that for punishments during course. Be mentally strong because 99% of everything is mental games, and stay focused on your dreams. I wish you the best of luck and hope this small advice helps. Our future is in young men and women like yourself. God bless
