*Highly underrated. The New Arrma chassis platforms are way better than the past with the battery inside the chassis, not like these tubbed chassis layouts.

The Stampede was the 2nd hobby grade rc I've ever owned. There might be better and tougher trucks out there. But ill always love one of the rc's that got me away from store grade rc's and into the actual hobby. That was 22 years ago and my Stampede is still proudly displayed on my shelf, right beside my rustlers. Not sure how the newer ones are, but my original Traxxas trucks were tanks.

Yea Stampede is fun. Them putting 2wd vs 4wd is not a great comparison. They should use 4wd stampede. But I’m guessing price is what they are trying to comparing. 🤷‍♂️

Almost ANYTHING out there, is better than a Traxxas of the same kind.Finally, somebody got the guts to speak it clearly. Totally agree and I don't have a single Arrma. RC4WD, Absima, Kyosho, Tamiya, Yokomo, Associated, Team magic, HPI, Tekno, Serpent, Hobbytech, LC... Those, are my crowd.

You all shouldn't down grade other brands just not professional

I agree 💯. I bash my truck hard and the only thing I broke was the back bumper and servo went out. It's a really tough truck. Mine is brushless now but overall this is the best bang for the buck.

Traxxas Stampede good truck . BUT THE ARRMA MEGA GRANITE IS THE MIGHTY 4x4. Such a great truck.

I love the Arrma granite but the shocks are little bit week and the diffs in the blx car are plastic but apart from those little things it’s a great car 😁👍🏻👍🏻

It doesn't surprise me. I have one. But I have the 3s blx one. And it is worth the extra cost. Super tough and is cheap to repair if you do break something. A super truck!!

I have the granite, voltage, and the mega. All 3 are awesome especially if you convert them to brushless versions most of the parts a interchangeable. But Traxxas has awesome trucks as well. All RC break and you can get parts for both Traxxas or Arrma….

Absolutely. Just pushed mine to 124mph today too. Worlds fastest granite, possibly. Video on my channel 😁 edit: 132mph as of January 1st 2nd edit: 137mph!

@@413RC since I took the car out of retirement its had 14 passes over 100mph. 2 were in the 110s and 3 have been in the 120s. This recent 124mph run was done on a blown foam and only peaked 90% throttle 😅

The Arrma 3s line are all great RC’s for the money. Better I would say than similar more expensive offerings from Traxxas. Love the Traxxas X-Maxx though!

If you were to get the Granite V3 BLX with a 3 cell you could probably make those hills, if you can keep the front end down. I have one, it's wheelie monster. 50 mph rig. Reasonable price.

Hey guys wanting to wish you guys a happy new year and I am new to the rc world but just got the hosim 9125 love it and love your channel

We started with two arrma senton megas and as fun as upgrading them to a BLX was, it's a lot cheaper to buy your kid the BLX version of whatever you want and then let your kid run it on 50 percent. Guy at the hobby shop told me this and I didn't listen haha.

Just needs a 3s for more torque

You guys should take some crawlers out theire that would be really fun too.

You really need to make it brushless ,I got the same truck and upgraded it to the spectrum brushless motor and esc,so nothing on the truck besides the body and servo saver has busted,2 body's so far the last one was withing 30 seconds haha,too cold out and it shattered..... ,keep on putting out great vids they are always fun

as a traxxas person i also agree this is better than the stampede

I like the Granite but for the price you could almost buy two 124017 brushless buggies that do around 50mph out of the box and no doubt would blast up bash mountain on 2s or 3s I never thought I'd say I'd rather have a Banggood special over a Arma but price wise I think I'd have to pick the Banggood special and they are tough as nails I enjoy watching bash mountain challenge you guys Very fun reviews guys 🔥👍✌️

amperage and milliamperage are real words... looks the world of X-rays commonly uses the latter. Boring part: amps and milliamps are a measurement of rate of flow (current) of electrical charge (in coulombs) per second. Battery capacity is measured in amp-hours (amps x hours) or milliamp hours (how long a battery can supply that current), and my vote is that you should be talking about "milliamp-hourage" which MAY be a made up word!

Good truck but parts availability is a thing. If you can't go to your local hobby shop and have to always order online that gets frustrating. In my area you buy Traxxas, Team Associated, Tamiya or, Kyosho. If you don't you're ordering online.

Here’s the reality of the matter: not everyone has a LHS… they are nice if you live close to one, but if you do you are the minority. Hobby shops are sadly dying and will one day be a thing of the past. We all know rotary phones on a landline had better voice quality than cell phones, yet look what we all have now. Not saying it’s good that hobby shops are dying, just looking at reality for what it is.

Well it can definitely take a bashing with all of Abby's crashing. 😁😁. Nice color. Every time it rains bash mountain changes a bit. That's good & sorta bad. Different terrain keeps you from learning the easy way up Every time. Bad because it may take time, but bash mountain may eventually be a mole hill. BUT until then BASH, BASH, & BASH again. ⚓⚓👍💛💚💜👍⚓⚓.

Gotta be honest I wish arrma rc would come out with a 1/18 scale Monstertruck. Love 1/18 scale cars and trucks. CANT REALLY FIND A GOOD 1/18 scale Monster truck.

I love your guys stuff and I know Traxxas hurt your feelings in the past and I am by no means a Traxxas chearleader but I wish y'all be objective when comparing them to other vehicles the stampede is a 15 year old platform and comparing a 2wd truck to a new release 4wd truck is silly. The Hoss is more.expensive but not better. Traxxas is better when it comes to the big cars (maxx, xmaxx, e revo).

You guys put our great content and should be really proud of everything you've accomplished. I know that you were wronged/bullied by Traxxas in the past, but you've grown beyond that. Every time you bash them or make petty swipes at them (I'm thinking along the lines of Nate's comment reply on a recent video about the Rustler being cheap Chinese junk that breaks every time you drive it), it undermines what you've accomplished and puts you in a bad light. I've noticed in your more recent videos you're very deliberate about thanking God for what he's given you and the life you have. I appreciate that and am proud of you for stating it, but I'd caution that the digs at Traxxas or even holding onto the bitterness of the past seem to speak in opposition to the message you proclaim. Sorry to be so preachy, I really like you guys and want to see you continue to thrive!

Armma is Awesome !!! I do not support Traxxas anymore since they sued Armma over that stupid suspension crap not cool so I sold all my Traxxas RCS and will not buy another !!!

It is not a fact it’s an opinion, had my stampede since 2014 and I have no reason to get another monster truck in its class.

@@TheRcSaylors For a beginner I would recommend something cheaper, like a HBX 16889. It's vitually indestructable and everything can be upgraded. It's a great way of finding out if the hobby is something for them. They can also of learn how to work on a car without breaking the bank. Another alternative would be something like the HBX 2995/ Flyhall hs610,/ Bezgar hm101. They are realive cheap cars with a center diff. But spare parts are a bit harder to find.

I have the Brushed Version and it burnt out Two Speed Controls and One Motor. YES it was set to Lipo and was Running a 2s Lipo. Arrma did replace One Speed Control but I will have to get a Aftermarket one to Replace the Replacement. Along with Motor.... I have had only two trucks from Armma and Both have had their Electronics go up in Flames on me and the Granite 2WD... well I have written before about that.... Not too thrilled with Arrma Stuff. Hell I would rather have TraxAss stuff.. And that's saying something.

@@ravenfodder1754 You would loose. I have been in the business a Long time. So Far, I have had only problems with Arrma Electronics and all the BS from the Voltage/Granite 2WD... All my other electric vehicles are just fine and still use them 15yrs later with Original Electronics... Only thing I have against the 4WD is the Electronics. Everything else is fine... Tho I do also have to say, that My Spektrum stuff don't last too long either. Only got like 2yr out of some of their stuff before it when all wonky and would not work either... And had to replace all my Spektrum with better stuff.
