It says nothing. Muhammed never understood God's resolve for mankind's fall... that's the truth. Through Christ, God gave us back the divine life mankind lost in its fall. Hence the divine healing miracles and casting out of demons, we experience up to this day. To not see God in Christ.... is impossible. "The Father and I are one!" "If you see Me, you see the Father!" "Don't you believe that the Father is IN Me?" "ALL (!) AUTHORITY in heaven and earth has been given to Me!". (Only God has all authority). At healing the paralytic: "Your sins have been forgiven you!" (Only God can forgive sins). "I am THE (not a) light of the world"......: God. "I have come to give you Zoë (=divine life) in abundance".... Only God can give Zoë life. "I am from above, you are from beneath. You are from this world, I am not from this world"..... Etc, etc, etc, When He explained these things, healed the sick, casted out demons, raised the dead, controlled nature for 3 years, they all worshipped Him as God/Messiah.... except for the critical scholars and farisees! He NEVER said: "Don't worship Me, I am just a prophet!". The Jews wanted to stone Him because: "You claim to be God". So Jesus is God manifesting in Human form. Period. Glad He did. So now we finally know the sayings and actions of God. Next step. To not see Jesus bringing the divine life of the ages back to you-manity.... is impossible. "I will send Holy Spirit, the same as Me, He will be IN you, guide you into truth and give you explosive power to heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out demons, etc, etc" "Follow Me, the miracles I do, you will do too" "God is IN you" "The Kingdom of God is IN you" "He who meets you, meets Me". "You and I are one" "You will understand that the Father is IN Me and I am in you" "See, I have given you power over all the forces of the enemy" "I have come to give you Zoë (=divine life) in abundance!" Etc, etc, etc. Hence the divine healing miracles and casting out of demons with His first 12+72 friends. As i understood these things, i experienced healing miracles and the casting out of demons already thousands of times and many other true believers do too. Yay! Conclusion of Paul after having revelation and healing all on Malta: "Jesus, the exact image of the invisible God. The fullness of deity dwells in Jesus bodily" and you have been made complete IN Him (the last Adam), who is the head of every principality and power". John (who had seen, touched, heard Jesus and walked in the same power and love): "the invisible God manifested in human form, in Christ and now in us". Thomas having revelation saying to Jesus: "My Lord and My God!". Jesus being God did NOT correct Him. Etc, etc, etc. His life totally proves He is God in human form. Begotten by the Spirit of God, filled with the spirit of God, healing all, raising the dead, casting out demons, controlling nature, raised from the dead, pouring out His Spirit for us to be indwelled by to be empowered to heal the sick and cast out demons, etc, etc, etc. Way to much to degrade Him to "just a prophet". So... Jesus is the manifestation of God in a human body.... "the Son" of God. He came to take the alienation away mankind got trapped in after the fall. He came to give us back the divine life Adam/mankind lost in its fall. Because of this fall, a perfect Holy sacrifice had to be made. That is what God did in Christ! It shows His deep, pure, affectionate passion from Him to you/His creation, to restore you back to origin: Christlikeness. Walking in divine power and unselfish divine love. Jesus walked flawless. Muhammed on the other hand.... Muhammed came after Jesus. He unfortunately never understood God's resolve for mankind's fall, wrote another story, called it the only truth, cutting of the real truth, leading millions astray from their godly identity in Christ. Heartbreaking. But for those who take Jesus for who He is and ask to be filled by His godly Holy Spirit.....: divine life. Tangible presence of God, healings, demons running for cover, etc. Just as with His first 12+72 friends. God will make you experience the full (godly) Life made possible through Holy Spirit. So don't be afraid to leave islam. God can only be found in/through Jesus Christ. Ask Him to fill you with His/God's Holy Spirit so He can guide you into truth and transform your life. You and God/Jesus are finally one again. He will open your eyes and give you Zoë (divine life). You will be growing into Him in all things. The life you see in Him and His first 12+72 friends. I experience it since 25 years and so will you.

And those who help their fellow human beings to get closer to God and "Win" Paradise and God's pleasure, have a good heart , and God will love them more for it, and get closer to God. While those who do not care if others loose and go to hell do not have such a kind heart. May God guide us all to the truth and to Paradise.

Good Day to you mam, I am a Muslim, but cannot say that I am a scholar in Islam. For us it is really important not say things from our own basic understanding, instead, if we are interested in doing so, we need to study Islam in detail before we give out any comment on any of the subjects, reason being it is sacred in all respects. It is truly lovely to see people from other faith learning about Islam, and I thank you for giving this lecture, the great humble effort is there but with some crucial elements missing. Allah reward us all muslims or non muslims for the effort, and not for the end result, and you surely will be rewarded, Inshallah. I am at about 41 minutes out in the lecture, I found that some major details are missing from the Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) life, which actually describes, what kind of a person he was, e.g. Muslims persecutions in Makkah before making the Hijrah to Madina. 1- The major aspect you didnt cover about the first battles was that, were those battles defensive battles? or offensive?; What does Islam say about being an aggressor? 2- Like the Gentleman asked you here, were people forced to accept Islam, you replied, "that is not at all what Islam is today". Which is true for not only today, but was also true from the time of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). When he conquered Makkah, he gave amnesty to all who lived there, even to the one who persecuted him. These two points that I have raised here, clearly shows that where ever you see people terrorizing in the name of Islam, or forcing people to accept Islam is not true, and not permissible in Islam. Look at the verse (2:256)There is no compulsion in religion, and (2:190)Fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you, but begin not hostilities. Lo! Allah loveth not aggressors. Above two verses, clearly describes, that under the umbrella of Islam everyone has to right to follow what ever he follows. Secondly, fight a defensive war, and for your right, and if the enemy stops fighting you, then stop fighting, because Allah does not love aggressors. In todays world, these points are really crucial. Whose ever actions goes against these verses, and calls himself a muslim, is clearly not a muslim, and neither should be associated with Islam.

This is one of the few lectures by Christians about Islam that I have watched that were fair, well researched and unbiased. Many thanks to the lecturer and her beautiful and succinct delivery. Well Done. One point that struck me as very odd is that the lecturer said that Muslims believe there are only two people that were created by God directly and without any human interference: Adam and "virgin Mary". That is very odd, since it should be Adam and Eve. Another point is in regard to the "Mahdi". The Mahdi is a title given to the Muslim leader in the End of Times. The Mahdi is only mentioned in hadith and believing in Mahdi is not a pillar of Islam but only part of sunnah. The Mahdi is the muslim leader in the end of times and according to hadiths from the prophet (PBUH), the Mahdi is a direct descendant of the prophet from his daughter Fatima. Fatima and Ali bin AbiTalib had two sons; Hasan and Hussein. Shia muslims believe that the Mahdi is a descendant from Hussein's line (the twelfth shia Imam to be exact), but many sunni sects believe that the Mahdi is Hasan's descendant. There have been many Mahdi claimants throughout history, but all of them have been rejected vehemently and swiftly by the clear majority of the ummah. The elderly gentleman in the front of the audience has the general misconceptions about Islam but he is willing to learn, which a positive thing. The gentleman asks if Bin Laden was considered to be the Mahdi; that is sort of analogous to a Muslim asking if Hitler is considered to be the messsiah. And about Ayatollah Khomeini being considered as the Mahdi: as an Iranian raised in Iran, I can confidently and unequivocally say that no one considered Khomeini to be the Mahdi, not even the ardent and zealot followers of Khomeini thought such a thing, because majority of Iranians are Shia and such a claim would go against the Shia tradition and belief. According to Shia tradition, or as they are sometimes called the "Twelver Shia", the twelfth Imam is the Mahdi which is in Occultation. Overall I really enjoyed the lecture, thank you once again.

There is a significant event involving a Christian right after Prophet Muhammad S.A.W receive the first revelation from Angel Gabriel A.S in the cave of Mt. Hira' and proceed to tell his wife Sayidatina Khadijah R.A where she then brought him to see her cousin, Waraqah Bin Naufal who was a Christian convert the very next day.. According to narration, Waraqah Bin Naufal was a man who had read the Gospel in Arabic and was so knowledgeable in the Gospel that he would write the Gospel in Arabic and Hebrew.. His greatx3 grandfather is the same as the Prophet's greatx4 grandfather, Qusay Bin Kilab, thus in their interaction both Khadijah and Waraqah refers to the Prophet as his nephew.. Waraqah at this time was already very old and had lost his eyesight.. After they told Waraqah about the incident, he then told them that this is the same angel that came to Prophet Moses A.S.. He then proclaimed that he cannot wait for the time when his own people will go against the Prophet and if he was still young and abled body, he would definately be fighting alongside the Prophet.. The Prophet then asked Waraqah would his people really oust him and he replied that it is definately without a doubt because all the ones with the same experience that came before him had faced the same trial and tribulation.. He sadly passed away a few days after this.. Although scholars had differ in opinion about his rank as a companion, the consensus is that he died as a Muslim because he profess to the Prophethood of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W with authentic Hadith narrating that Prophet Muhammad S.A.W said that Waraqah has a couple of garden already prepared for him in paradise..

Wow I am surprised at the lecture. 98% accurate information about Islam by a non muslim. Especially considering that a lot of Christians think that muslims worship moon god and what not. Some corrections if I may: 1) John the Baptist is mentioned in the Quran in sura Maryam (Quran 19:8). His name is Yahya. The name Yahya was hellenized to Yohanna which was then anglicized to John. Quran 19:8 states that the name Yahya was given by God himself and that no one before him had that name. 2) Regarding taking away of land, primarily refers to Israeli occupation of Palestinian lands of which United states is the principal supporter. 3) Adam and Eve are the 2 people who were created without parents. Not Adam and Mary. Jesus was created miraculously without a father but thru a mother. 4) I also disagree about Eve eating the apple out of forgetfulness. Both Adam and Eve ate the apple because they were misled by the Satan.

“O Adam! Should I show you the Tree of Immortality and an everlasting kingdom?”[20:120] They both ended up eating the fruit of the forbidden tree. As a result their private parts became apparent to them and they both began to cover themselves with the leaves from the Garden. Thus did Adam disobey His Rabb and went astray.[20:121]

Quran 4:82 What, do they not ponder the Koran? If it had been from other than God surely they would have found in it much inconsistency. Quran 3:85 Whoso desires another religion than Islam, it shall not be accepted of him; in the next world he shall be among the losers. Quran 5:3 ... I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allah is OftForgiving, Most Merciful. Quran 33:40 Muhammad is not the father of any one of your men, but the Messenger of God, and the Seal of the Prophets; God has knowledge of everything.

Mistakes: 1) The Qur'an was written down, during the time of the prophet, but, on parchments mainly. The order of the chapters was known. It was collated, into a book, after his death by the 1st caliph Abu Baker. 2) after 10 yrs, several hundred families were Muslim. NOPE, about 70 3) Romans fought muslims, yes 4) yes, Muhammad(as) did perform many miracles 5) no, muslims don't believe there is a 100th name of God that is really beautiful unpronounceable. Rather, Muslims believe there are more than 99 names, but, we were only given 99 names. 6) No, Jesus, not Mary, had no father or mother. 7) Abraham was not the 1st prophet in Islam. 8) Eve was NOT the first one to eat the fruit ( that is from the Bible ) 9) the cosmic Qur'an? er? 10) Muhammad was NOT poisoned by his wife - lol 11) No, Muhammad did not rape anyone , just as Jesus didn;t rape anyone 12) etc etc etc

Note to anyone who read this, at no point did Islam mention convert to our religion or be killed in the history of the prophet the verses that get misused by the west out of ignorance or intention is about battling those who want war with us then Allah says in 8:61 "if the enemy is inclined towards peace, make peace with them. And put your trust in Allah. Indeed, He ˹alone˺ is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.". in Islam we were not ordered to kill the non believers but we can only battle the authority over them like kicking the Roman Empire and all it's horrible acts in ruling from Egypt and after taking the authority out we call for Islam for the willing and for the people who are not they can live in peace under or ruling and can practice their religion under our protection and we would defend them in war.

in my understanding, most of human kind today actually only has one religion, at least before jesus came, but they only following what they ancestors does, at times most of them are jews, but when jesus came, some of them won't accept him as a prophet and still holding their beliefs on moses, and they are what jews people are now, then mohammed came, but again, some of them also didn't accept him as a prophet of god and decide to stay with jesus, and thet what we know as a christian today, meanwhile there is no one came after mohammed, at least nothing big. so in this storyline the islam actually the last one.. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam literally taught the same thing, but Judaism stopped at moses, Christianity stopped at jesus, and islam stopped at Mohammed.. and if your jews, you won't accept Jesus and Mohammed as a prophet of god, and if you Christian you won't accept Mohammed as a prophet of god, but if you are Muslim you have to believe Moses and Jesus are the prophet of a god, but they're not the last one...

The story of Adam in the Quran is different than the Bible. There is no original sin or eve is the one at fault etc. Prophet Muhammad performed many miracles but the presenters knowledge about Islam is severly limited. According to Islam, both Isaac and Ismael were chosen and would have many nations. Ibrahim was not the first prophet of Islam, Adam was the first prophet of Islam. Quran does not say Even ate from the tree, the Quran said both Adam and Eve ate from the tree and so according to the Quran, both are at fault and not one or the other. The Sunnah talks about the coming of Mahdi, but the Quran and Sunnah talks also about the second coming of Jesus peace be upon him. As a Muslim, I never heard of the term Cosmic Quran. Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him was not killed by one of his wives. From where this guy gets his missinformation? i

Overall the lecture was truthful. But Teacher fell into the same cognitive mistake many christian scholars have made. Islam affirms that there was only one religion of God from inception of man. That include all Abrahamic faiths At the advent of Mohamad, Christianity was in North Arabia & Syrian Arabs were probably the 1st Christians. Mohamad was fully exposed to this. But you always miss the point, Mohamad was sent to confirm the previous messages & seal off them off with the Quran. He also was charged with correcting & pointing out the corruption of God's message by both Jewish & Christian authority. To insinuate that he plagiarized the Bible means you don't understand why he was sent in the 1st place. That is actually an oxymoron. In fact Mohamd must confirm & realign what came before him otherwise he can't claim to be the seal if it.

*Quran is the most recited Book in the world!* Among all the different names given to this Holy Scripture, `the Quran` (al-Quran) is the most common and famous of them all. This is a name that the Almighty Allah has given to the Book. From the first years of the revelation to Prophet Muhammad (s), it was called `the Quran` by the revelation itself. The term is repeated 68 times in the Quran, and except on two occasions (17:78), it means the Holy Quran or part of it. In English it is written `the Koran` or `the Quran`. About the meaning of the term `Quran`, there are two famous opinions: 1) it is driven from al-Qar` meaning `to collect`. 2) It is driven from `Qara` (to recite). Thus, it is called `the Quran` for it is a Book to be recited (73:4), or because the revelation began by `Read` (96:1). The second opinion (driven from the root ‘to recite’) seems more accurate.

The Quran will speak for itself: -Praise,belongs to God, Lord of the heavens & earth, and all of humanity. (Quran 45:36). -Say to the people, “He is God, the one and only, God the eternal and perfect, He begets not, nor is he begotten, and there is nothing like Him.” (QURAN chapter 112). -This Quran is without a doubt a revelation from the Lord of all that exists. (Quran 32:2). -It is a revelation from He who created the earth and the high heavens. (Quran 20:4). -He is the one & only true God. (Quran 112:1). -He sent the Quran with truth, confirming the scriptures that came before it, the Torah and the gospel. (Quran 3:3). -Say to them: we believe in God, and what was revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the tribes, and what was given to Moses, and Jesus, and that which was given to all the Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him we surrender ourselves. (Quran 2:136). -O humanity! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes so that you may ˹get to˺ know one another. (Quran 49:13). -God commands justice, goodness, and kindness. He forbids imorality, injustice, and oppression. (Quran 16:90). -Your Lord is not unjust and does not wrong anyone. (Quran 18:49). -Whoever commits evil and is consumed with sin, his final end will be hell. (Quran 2:81). -Whoever does an atoms weight of good will be rewarded for it, and whoever does an atoms weight of evil will be punished for it. (Quran 99:7-8). -So seek your Lord’s forgiveness and turn to Him in repentance. Surely your Lord is Most Merciful, and Loving.” (Quran 11:90). -Holy scripture is from God the Almighty, All-knowing. He is severe in punishment, but He accepts repentance and forgives sins. He is the most compassionate, most merciful. To Him is your ultimate return. (Quran 40:2-3). -The heavens, We built them with Our power, & verily, We are expanding them. (QURAN 51:47). -Don’t the disbelievers realize that the heavens and earth were ˹once˺ one mass then We split them apart? And then We created from water every living thing. Will they not then believe? (QURAN 21:30).

Which is abvious in the bible?!? Just take a moment and think about it. A BOOK from God which supposed to guide mankind threw life and there a multiple human Errors in it? Quran... Literally Gods word inspired threw angel Gabriell to Prophet Muhammad. No human errors. Muhammad recited what was inspired. No contradiction in it found till these day. Just reflect for a moment. Read the Quran the last testament.

Muhammed never understood God's resolve for mankind's fall...
