Does that wrap help the same amount as the one that stretches from elbow to elbow? If so, then yea that's too much help. I've tried with my friends wraps from elbow to elbow and flat benched 225lb for 42 reps without breaking a sweat after a 5 hour workout. It's insane how much stress they take off your wrists and elbows. I felt like I was flying with the weights.

Because you can easily do 400 pounds for reps poster correct? Are you freaking kidding me? Elbow wraps don’t give you superpowers, your joints take on incredible strain with that weight. Can’t ever have a video like this without some jackass who wants to critique world class lifters who have done it their whole lives and own lifting records

@joshwalker3139 slingshot! Thx I couldn't remember the name, haha! Ok, then that's still crazy help if anywhere above 10%. Tbh tho I've seen my friends that hit 5 plates and do 4 plates deteriorate after 10 years with no help. So, I actually would advocate for wraps.

Locking out dozens of heavy reps is just unnecessary wear and tear on your elbow joints. Unless you want the heaviest benchpressers to burn their bodies out quick, you'll forgive them for not locking out each time.

Less strain on the joints, as you don't risk locking them at the top. And likely also a bit more muscle build-up, at the expense of less range, due to being able to add more weight.
