Hipper with heals. What could possibly go wrong? I mean Hipper is already a solid cruiser, Prinz Eugen is literally Hipper's Final Form. (Some may argue Hindenburg is Hipper's Final Form, but I consider Hindenburg as an entirely different ship)

Holding down right mouse button allows you to look around while your turrets are affixed to the area you were aiming.
