😭 Very sad state pakistan hockey has become. And europeans destroyed real spirit and fun in hockey when they eliminated grass ground. Hockey was not just muscles. It was more an art game before.

اس میچ سے مجھے اپنا بچپن یاد آگیا. یونس صاحب انجینئر جو بعد میں اوکاڑہ شوگر ملز چلے گئے تھے کہ پاس 2 بینڈ کا ریڈیو تها اور آدم شوگر ملز چشتیاں منڈی کے ایک چھوٹے سے گراونڈ میں بیٹھ کر تمام کالونی والے کمنٹری سنتے تھے.tv اس وقت نهی تها.

We want to watch the videos of Pakistani Hockey legends, Munawwaruzzaman, Manzoorul Hassan, Muir Dar, Tauqeer Dar, Shehnaz Sheikh, Islahuddin, Rasheed Junior, Manzoor Junior, Shahbaz Senior, Shahbaz Junior, Sameullah, Kaleemullah, Haneef Khan, Hassan Sardar, Arif Bhopali and many other legends.

Once Pakistan was leader of field hockey but our bureaucracy and government destroyed it.

In 90's every department of Pakistan is on top Hockey🔝 PIA🔝 Steel mill🔝 Ptcl 🔝 Police 🔝 UBL 🔝 🏆🏆🏆🌏🇵🇰

Now everything is lost. Hockey Squash Snooker Cricket PIA Pakistan Railways Shipping Steel Mill Suparco Textile etc etc Either lost completely or gasping. Because of corrupt politicians and corrupt civil and military bureaucracy

Look at the skills of the players. Manzoor beat the whole defence.

Manzoor scored just one goal in the tournament but what a goal and what a time

Amazing talent and Speed of Pakistani hockey players of that era

That 82 team were the greatest of all time .surprised they didn't beat Germany 10-1 in that final it was that one sided .

Very true . One legitimate goal and one penalty stroke was not given to Pakistan in 1982 final otherwise Pakistan could have won with wider margin of atleast 5 goals .

Brig. Atif and many other other people like him are the reason the graph of Pakistan Hockey went down. Favoritism, seection of non-deserving players meant that the best players stopped paying the game.
