World Champion Skater Reacts To His Race Heats

Dane Hanna recently won the World Skate Games in Argentina. We sat him down, played back all of his race heats, and got him to breakdown his strategies and tactics that helped him win the World Championship of Downhill Skateboarding. This event is recognized by the IOC making it a qualifier for the Olympics if Downhill Skating becomes an official event.

@@thundernixon It's simply based on my own experience, back then we could make a bit of money actually traveling, racing and living off the sport but unfortunately the bubble popped. I just feel like this was the content we were desperately trying to create and share with beginners and none-initiated of the sport.
Killer Dane! I could watch skateboard racing like this everyday
Wish I knew about this when I was a kid 20 years ago. I remember skating as being a lot of standing in one place trying to kick flip all day. Our wheels made a full rotation once or maybe twice a week
