yes, preachers often are tempted to subtly show his cleverness..i really like that, "nobody can show that he himself is clever, and Christ is glorious at the same time!"

You can say Jesus is Lord without the Holy Spirit, but you will have no idea what you are talking about! There are 2 sad realities to that statement when said without the Holy Spirit, and they are both alike saddening statements. 1.) You do not have the Holy Spirit. 2.) You have no idea what you're talking about.

So what does that statement mean then, "no one can say that Jesus is Lord, without the Holy Spirit" ? Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wondrous works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
