Since legs pump blood when they are being used (by squeezing the femoral artery, etc), I thought continuing to move one's legs after running a rep would be less stressful to one's heart than squatting. This is pretty obvious when going up mountains: stop to rest and I start blacking out.

Love how Coach Bailey has them running 220m in what appears to be sub 26 for the four flytes. That extra 20m seems insignificant, but 25 second 2's are a very common training staple. That extra distance with essentially the same times provides that added push for the last 20 meters of a standard 200m race. Very solid training logic, coupled with the strength she gained from her early season 400m training. Considering how well GT improved this year, I'd say it has paid off beautifully! And big ups to ATX!

Gabby is a mutant her power is she can run at high speed without getting tired like normal humans. Gabby does not feel lactic acid in her muscles and thats why she is building speed when others are slowing down. Gabby wins the Oylimpic 200m in 21:56
