“Ain’t no breaks” 😂 I just got a flashback hearing that

I never knew this top level practice, but close to it,after work,4 nights a week. But our coach was not so great (as great) and i am white 😂
So that's how she was able to kill the 400, 400h, and 4x400 at SECs w/o passing out

Now that 1:25 600m this year. She's still getting stronger.

It's so great to see Britton Wilson between the big events. There are also vidéos of this young lady during her rare time off. She is humble and funny. I cannot wait for the trials and Paris. Paris will be extremely tough. There will be huge pros and she is so young...❤
Give this guy a BIG raise.
Man, running all those 60's in a row, remaining active then finishing with the 58 seconds. Excellent job coach.
Man brought back vivid memories 😪 back in the day..
Love when Flo Track is posting high quality workout Wednesdays consistently like this. Y’all need to need to let me join your production team! How do I apply ?
I still don’t care what ANYBODY says. Track and field is the hardest sport. The conditioning alone is hell.

My sons have track school twice a week. They are 7 and 10. I wish their mum had accepted sooner. One worked long jump yesterday while the eldest did shot put. There is no better than track and field ❤

@@davidt8381that's right. It's planned for my boys next year. Along with track.
Most interesting training session i have seen, along with the one, outdoors,of Julien Alfred and Dina Asher-Smith. Its fascinating to see what it takes before the events ❤
At 02:12 when the coach was talking to Shafiqua, brings back memories. My favourite event was 400m. I had competitive time in junior high but my country has no training nor coaches in school, so I couldn't maintain nor drop it much lower in high school. Injured myself from overtraining and ED, so missed the bus in college too. Feels so privileged to see these people be coached from school all the way till college. The US has some of the best school facilities in the world, mine didn't even have designated fields lol.

So,Shafiqa is this young lady's name...how come i do not know her ? Well,i live in France and following US track is not easy but it has been my passion for 50 years. I watch full NCAA days on KZread but never saw this athlete. Since i now know her name,i am going to search right now 😂
Shafiqua Maloney,proud of your progress.Blessings.
Britton is a stamina queen to pull off that 400 double at SECs. But I’m glad she’s not attempting it for the NCAAs so that she’ll have something left for the US trials. She has a shot at getting second behind Sydney since Dalilah has a bye already. Also, Britton was still probably tired from SECs.

How do you feel about 49.48 after seeing this? This was the work that made it happen along with the 600s and 800s.
@Johnmag1976

Yes,that's what i keep thinking about, the trials. I have no doubt that Sidney will win there, but i wish so much Britton will make it win 2nd place. Then will be Paris, and anything could happen there.
This is the work that made Britton 49.48 indoor.

I think Britton will qualify for Paris at the trials with no problem. 2024 should see her more rested. I hope she will not be puzzled by physical problems. Paris 400 meters women final will be in my top 4 events to watch with passion. I study a lot Kaczmarek and Lieke Klaver. Britton will defeat both since she will have improved by then and will no longer accumulateurs races as in NCAA. Sidney Mac Loughlin is too big,but I think Britton can take Femke Bol. Usa will have an outstanding 4×400 team again,as in the the old days of Natasha. Women 200 i cannot wait for. The jamaican queens have not retired. Shericka will be huge. Gaby Thomas will be fully dedicated to her training since she is done with her outstanding studies and is my logical favorite. 2nd and 3rd place will be between Shericka and Julien Alfred or,let us say i know nothing and it will be the best 200 final ever 😂
Great workout!!!
He's a great coach.

I think you mean the insane répétition of races. Well,do these young athletes have any word to say about it ? It seems to me that the collège makes the law. That's how so many young athletes get burned so often and they just disappear when they had such a bright future... I live in Europe and do not get instant news through coverage. I remember the challenges Julien Alfred had to suffer last yeux with NCAA. Races just 30 minutes apart, plus relay....
Great workout.. not easy at all. Nice ladies
I doff my hat (though I never wear one 😁) to both the athletes and the coach.
That girl Britton is _gorgeous_ bruh

I have written the same in the comment section of many vidéos about her. She is indeed some stunning beauty. And so humble and funny. You should watch vidéos of 10/15 minutes Britton shares on line of her time off. Off track and off studies. Just a weekend somewhere with friends. Insanely gorgeous 😂
Awesome facility...better than even bacon.
Damn yall wrote lap 3 as lap 4. It aint too late to change it and reupload tho
4 x 400 for sprinters? Mental.
What else would they be doing in this training session beyond the 4x400?
What Harvard to Britton in Budapest ??? 53.83 was not a normal result ...
Miscaptuoned rep 4 as rep3....that's mean!
400s😭😭😭😭😭😭💪🏿
What shoes are they wearing at 0:43 ? i'm looking for better training shoes

Those are the Nike Zoom Streak LT4. Nike doesn’t make them anymore, or they’re not on their website at least. I think the ZoomX Streakfly is the most similar model they have now and have seen sprinters wear the Streakfly for their workouts as well.

He means he used to train this way. Normal winter stuff where you would sometimes join pure sprinters and 800 meters runners. 4×60,4×100,4×150....
If the sport is other than that focusing on " white interest "and that's stuff is baseball, football (American brand),motorcycle/car,and"mma(competitive brawling)fighting, swimming, and female gymnastics; the majority populace does not know nor care to ACKNOWLEDGE the extent of work which is technically required to be successful in other sports that most of world has interests and enjoys. This video demonstrates what it takes to be " CHAMPIONS " in the RUNNING Sport. 👏🙂
