I was thinking about trying this myself,I typically do the standing cable pulldown or a dumbbell pullover but I was thinking that this would work
It's great that you're back. I have adopted some of your exercises and optimized my training with you.
Liking that cable pull over. Definitely trying that one out
I’m glad that I had to skip my training session today, because it was back day and I would have trained before watching this video. This pullover variation looks terrific. I will try it tomorrow morning. Thanks a lot !

A lot of good info, Looks like needs more conditioning in off seasoning??? Awesome physique, keep up the work……!!!!
Can you make a video about the profile of that Prime Machine Row? I'm wondering why you put all the weights on the top
Smith Machine RDL gives me consistent lower back tightness....now i did injure it a long time ago but i have yet to be able to rehabilitate it back to where it once was.
I like Joe 🥰
What’s going on Joe! Love the video. Quick question, would you always add some sort of hip extension exercise for erector work?
Hey, thanks for the video! Picked up some really good cues on this one. Question, where did you get the long rope that you were using on the cable pullovers? Thanks!!!

We have that Prime Row at my gym. It's a great machine! I notice that you loaded the top peg (beginning of the range?) exclusively. Was that just to emphasize the stretch? I usually load the middle first, then start adding to the top.
@HypertrophyCoach
4 ай бұрын
It’s not just about overloading the stretch, it’s also about overloading the exercise where it’s mechanically easiest. So I pretty much always put the vast majority on top.
Whats the difference between standing pullovers and seated incline pull overs!?
Ryan Reynolds with a beard?
you ever train guys that get sternum pain from heavy chest supported rows?
Is Ruff Diesel going to compete and try to get to the Olympia this year?
❤for🇮🇳 coach😊💪🏻
If you have a prime row where is the best to load it?and why?
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
are dead stop rows like in a power rack or off the floor bad even if you do a normal eccentric and get to full hang for a brief moment before resting on the rack? Or does that brief deload of tension in the lengthened position detrimental to hypertrophy?
I missed u so much

💯
Terrance in a big shirt looks lime hannible buress on the sauce
Do you think years of heavy chest supported rows and racking the weight to the left is gonna make a difference? It’s always left…
@HypertrophyCoach
4 ай бұрын
No. Same as we are in the rest of life. One sided and repetitive
How you come about, you say that the midrange might be more important than the lengthened position?
@HypertrophyCoach
4 ай бұрын
Muscles produce the most force there (actual internal "bone-to-bone pull"). From a pure length-tension standpoint. Not the external expression of force (as is greatly affected by internal moment arms)
🎉
Cool exercises now let's see him do 100 burpees in 10 mins
Should you still use a machine if it feels unbalanced? For ex, my TBar row at my gym feels like it biases my left side note than my right. I feel like it can be an obvious answer of no… or it can be, that movement is so beneficial that you should look pass the minor imbalance

Lean forward row for upper back as well or no ? Guessing this is more strict and makes it harder so no ego lifting with arse moving back mid set
@HypertrophyCoach
4 ай бұрын
Not so much. Really just turn it into more of a pulldown. (If you look at upper arm position relative to torso). With some unique cuing this position provides.
