Jennifer manages a team of 6 consultants who collaborate to develop leaders at all levels and create a thriving workplace culture. Before joining the Leadership and Talent Development team, Jennifer served as Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Services in the College of Education and Human Development since and held positions at the University since 1999. Dr. Engler earned a doctorate and MA in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her BA in psychology from Macalester College.
