My son brings me happiness. He is autistic but yet he teaches me new things everyday. One thing he has taught me is to always smile. No matter what he face you rarely see him without a smile. He is such a happy child. When I’m in a funk I think about him and it cheers me up. I’m so happy I discovered your videos. I always wanted to go to Medical School but I didn’t because I had my son.

You really give me hope that I can balance life as a doctor and family life when I finish med school

Even though I am in nursing school and this is a DO channel I still love watching you bc you are an inspiration but knowing that one day I will make an impact on my future patients and feel like I am on track brings me happiness when I have the chance to sit down and take it all in.

So excited for you to choose this path! It's definitely getting more competitive to get into PA school but just keep in mind that every program is different and you want to find the right one that fits you :) Just be yourself when it comes to interviews. Otherwise, in terms of your application, be active in the things you do - not just your grades. I’m caretaker of my grandma, great grandma and aunt. We all live together and they are constantly fighting and attacking each other. This morning, to my surprise my aunt did something nice for my grandma and my grandma in return made a joke and they both started cracking up. Like non-stop laughter with each other. It’s something that is sooo rare to see and it was very much appreciated. It made my whole day to see them happy and laugh together. Seeing people happy brings me happiness:)

What brings me happiness is family, travel and getting satisfaction through work (that I made a difference big or small and changed someone's life for the better). I'm currently a Canadian who studied medicine abroad, currently powering through the board exams, in order to apply for residency. As a long time subscriber, I love watching your video and seeing what life is like for you, as a medical student, and now as a PGY1 resident. My family and friends bring me happiness

Something that makes me happy is a tradition I have with my two brothers called "mocha Monday's" in which we visit a couple new coffee shops every other Monday and test out the coffee there. ☕️❤️We like to pretend like we are some type of coffee inspectors 😂 I enjoy mocha Mondays now more than ever before because now since my two brothers moved out and live on their own, I don't get to see them as often, but this allows us to keep in contact and still have bonding times! Getting to see my boyfriend makes me happy because we both have such busy schedules

Damn. I'm on 6 nights for 2 weeks. Ours is 13-14 hour shifts. I don't know what's going on but there has been so many sick people lately. And it's not even flu season

Our hospital and the surrounding hospitals were at max capacity so we had admit patients to the ED ... this might just be the beginning of the end!

Wyatt is the most adorable boy ahhh!!! Can you please give some advice on functioning with less sleep/a crazy schedule and staying motivated when tired (eg with finals week)?? It would mean the world to me. I added another comment but I'm a first year DO student. Thank you
