Everytime you go to the condo take a few things that you don’t need right now. That way you have less to move later and it’s not a wasted trip.

I’m a little older than you, and one thing I’ve found helpful is when you feel like you have no time, look at the season of life you’re in. Some seasons are busy and require putting down/relaxing some expectations you put on yourself, and when it slows down pick back up what you can. Everything doesn’t have to be 100 all the time! Also - finding a way to give yourself grace in life. You’re doing great!

As a mom I’d encourage you to do your best. It’s a bad day not a bad life. You are enough and as long as you know you put your all into whatever you’ve done, that’s all you can do. I am a few years younger than you and have been following along since your college videos as they helped me prepare for college. I just graduated last month and have been watching your vlogs today non-stop while I am applying to jobs and packing up my room. I have been so productive! I feel like i'm just on FaceTime with my friend and we are just body doubling and getting stuff done. I am usually a silent watcher but I just wanted to say I love seeing you thrive and its been so crazy to watch you grow up, as I also grow up!

My therapist makes me set a rest/pleasure goal every week, and it really helped me realize how much taking that time to rest or do a hobby made me productive/helped me focus more when i needed to. Totally understand the overwhelm life.
