Keegan! I would really think about maintaining some kind of dining space. It is so nice to have a table and chairs to eat a nice dinner at when you have a friend or company come over as opposed to barstools. I really think the living room is big enough for it.

@@KeeganActonif you try moving your couch against the window, with the tv along the wall where your shelves currently are at, you can have a little extra room for a small dining table. Maybe move the shleves along the wall where your tv currently is

I feel like if you flip your living room to face towards the wall the shelves are currently on, and put those on either side of the TV or on the wall your tv is on right now. You divide the livingroom with the sofa and you’d be able to fit a dining table under the window, I honestly think you’ll love it! Plus you will be able to watch t v from it

starting a channel is the best thing ive ever done!! my rec would be to just start. don't wait until the perfect timing or until you have the right equipment. I started filming my phone and gradated to a bigger camera after about a year or so. I started with one video a week which I think its very reasonable because if you over commit to too many videos, it feels like too much. I also recommend not saying where you live or showing too many areas close to where you live. you learn a lot as you make videos, so id begin today

To move the kitchen cabinet shelves, just lift them straight up then pivot them sideways to remove. ❤

You could put the shelves on either side of the TV! And also put the mirror against the wall with the windows so that you don’t have the mirror facing against the natural light. Alsooo, not to assume anything but I really hope you reused the trash bags that you had for your clothes in the closet 😅

I have one spare bedroom I rent out to my cousin. The other spare bedroom is my home office. My place is like 2x the size of your Condo. You’re lucky you don’t have to maintain a yard. My yard is .50 acres.

Congratulations on your new place. I would suggest considering an accent chart in the large open corner to the right of the TV. Having additional seating for when you have a few friends over would be good to consider.

Don’t feel bad about boxes. Me and my husband had so many boxes it covered, almost a whole living room it was at least 6 feet tall 😭 also the couch looks fine honestly

The first thing I always do first when moving is make my bed! That way when I'm ready to crash, I can!

If your place is smelling maybe “Musty” it might be your air condition filter. Here in AZ they need to be changed once a month. We recently got a new ac in our town home in fountain hills and learned a lot about that. Hope that helps ❤

If you don’t want a dining table I think for now you can keep the mirror where you want it towards the window and hide the tv mounting plugs with your olive tree (assuming it’s tall enough to cover it). I would also say instead of getting another couch get accent chairs or oversized chairs!

Suggestion. Tree to left of couch to cover plug and mirror on right

If your fridge has an automatic ice maker, make sure it's hooked up to a water line! When I first moved into my place, my ice maker was turned on, but not hooked up to water. It made the scariest noise I've ever heard. Took me a very long time to figure out what the problem was 🙃

You might want to consider changing out your filter for your HVAC unit. If they just renovated recently, they might not have changed the filter and it could be dirty from the renovation/prior owners.

Put a cute comfy chair in the corner of your living room :)
