Install your own washer dryer even once the others are repaired. If you ever want to resale quickly it's a must have for most folks plus you can enjoy it. Doing laundry in a unit is a game changer as an adult.

Oh Keegan, I just need to hug you. I haven’t a clue what could be bothering you but I hope it gets resolved soon. The bar stool wasn’t that bad😀. But you need to live them. Be proud of yourself and give yourself grace. You are an amazing young woman..

My garbage disposal stopped working too & my maintenance man taught me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again. There’s a little button someplace on the bottom of the disposal container part under the sink. You have to press the button but it’s kinda hard bc it’s super small. Idk, worked for me! Give it a whirl 😊

Everyone hits a “bad patch “now and again. Keep working through it, keep talking to your therapist about it, brainstorm some ideas on how to resolve/redirect. I have to remind myself often as to my age, 60-ish……I don’t feel that old. My brain thinks I’m 30. I guess it’s better to be young at heart. Hope you have yourself an awesome week 😎

Oh man. Listening to you talk about the bird that sits out your window... 😂 We used to have a cardinal that would dive bomb/attack our windows cause he would see his reflection and think it was a rival male. Drove me BONKERS. I tried everything I could think of to get him to go away. Nothing worked, but either he eventually got the message or he moved on, cause he hasn't been around in a while (thank goodness!)

Hi Keegan, I don't know what's wrong.But I respect your right to keep it to yourself.As much as you want to share and I only hope that whatever it is you get through it soon! Sending you a great big virtual hug! You also mentioned something about your garbage disposal. Has it worked at all? That happened to me and it was such an easy fix! If yours is the same reason as mine, you can do it! If you go down there and just feel around the bottom you'll probably feel a button and just push that in. It may just need to be reset and that will do it if that's the cause. If that doesn't work, check your fuse box, it may just have tripped.

howwwwww time is flying by

Hon I’m 46, and still feel the same as the day I graduated college. It’s a wonder I was able to raise my daughter to be a responsible adult herself. In my late 20’s and all of my 30’s I did the fake it til you make it for professionalism & and maturity in life. What I discovered now that I’m finished pretending to be the very adulty adult, is that my slight immaturity makes me much more fun than others my age that are so serious that they can never lighten up. Enjoy being whatever age you feel, any age is so much better than a dirt nap! I’m hoping that the “thing that is thinging” will soon be a memory that you can step away from… for now I suggest getting a great big hug from your mom. No matter how old you are, you’ll always be her baby. Mom hugs are the best, and really do help!!

I don’t know if you started using the serum yet but I have the same one. I use a Q-tip and I brush the serum on the Q-tip. Use it for my eyelashes and on the other side of the Q-tip use it for my eyebrows that way, the brush of the serum is only touching the Q-tips

Okay I just have to say I always thought short hair looked best on you but the length right now is giving model especially with the heatless curls! 🥵😍

I'm 53 and I still like I'm 30 (in my mind anyway (lol). I am sorry you are hurting so much, sending the biggest mom hug your way. I hope whatever is going on will pass soon or at least ease up to give you some relief. Also, I would want my own washer and dryer so that I wouldn't be playing the game of trying to find time to do my laundry when other people are not using the machines.

Not sure what the garbage disposal thing is but I recently found out they have a switch under the sink and inside so if you take a broomstick handle inside and find the switch and push it it will reset it. I know- gross but sanitize it or find something you can throw away OR find the switch under the sink. Usually this is tripped bc something solid got in there and it shuts itself off. May not be the issue but worth a try.

Girl make use of your ceiling fan! It will circulate the cool air

I’d get my own washer and dryer. That way you can do laundry at your convenience.

For the garbage disposal - look under the sink and there should be a button on the garbage disposal unit to reset it. Try that.

I just cut up a bunch of watermelon last week as well but I had to throw like half of it out after because it was kinda gross tasting and like soggy a little bit so yeah that sucked

I’ve been through some trauma too and keep talking about it with your therapist. The right one will listen and help you. Maybe try CBT therapy. Theres different types of therapy if talking isn’t helping.

push the reset button on the garbage disposal, or use the jam-buster wrench tool, could be one of those simple solutions. KZread it if you don't know what or where those are : )

I'm so sorry you are still having such a hard time. Please don't ever feel badly about crying or needing to cry. It's part of processing experiences and emotions and even though it's miserable at the time, it will help. Take care of yourself and give yourself the time you need to work through whatever is upsetting you. And if you feel up to it, treat yourself to something that makes you happy.
