    Start Traveling light was the best decision, that I made after marriage 😅first was a bit strange, but then I realized how comfortable it is and that you just take your favorite pieces of everything and wash them all the time, while traveling. 2 months in Asia I spent only with hand carry and backpack, same 2 weeks in Japan. If we want to bring smth back and do shopping, we buy a checked in bag on our return flight. In case you need anything you can always buy smth cool to wear in the place you travel.

    We sleep also in separate bedrooms since a while.. i feel less closeness. During the day you have a little time for each other to hug, kiss, talk, be intimate but when you sleep together only a couple minutes are enough to hug, talk, look in each eyes and say goodnight.

    i got this recommedned, my judgement at first look was that you guys will be more shallow that you imagine, but i thought i would give it a chance, maybe those two will be suprisingly full of wisdom. hahaha it's funny cause you turned out to be more more shallow and ignorant, going through life on surface not really looking deeper than eye can see. It's also true that the more simple-minded person is the more confident in his world-view he is

    the movement thing, we talk about this an abnormal amount at home. this country will be the end of us all 😩😩😩😩 and the gym is good and all BUT nothing replaces a lifestyle that just involves organic movement. for ur mind, ur soul and body

    100% Ania. Cristina and I were just talking about how in places like the US, you generally have to take on movement in one form or another as a hobby. The result is that you have the fittest people on earth living in the US, but also a lot of people who simply aren’t interested in committing to a fitness-centred pass-time and who, as a result, are deeply out of shape. In contrast, many places across the world (including Europe) feature movement (especially walking) as a regular feature of day to day life. The result is a population that is generally in pretty good shape. Make movement a lifestyle, not something you have to do Tuesday nights at 7 pm with a membership and what not, and you will be fit for life. 💪💪💪

    No need to apologize; I don't really strike myself as a philosopher either! (I'm not that cerebral...) Cristina was referring to my philosophy degree... they give those out even to us pretty basic folk if we're clever enough and put in the work. To be fair, at least you have to engage in some critical thought to get a philosophy degree, which can't be said for most BA degrees, which are largely useless and increasingly irrelevant.

    @@alekskukolj2264 by “philosophy degree” I assume you mean a PhD? You can get a PhD in anything it doesn’t make your thought process “philosophical”. As someone whose brother is an Ivy League professor and a true philosopher in the sense of that word, I just found it kind of amusing. I don’t hear anything deep here, was just a bunch of superficial talk about material things.

    There’s nothing wrong with the “best friend” thing. But there’s a whole lot wrong with judging people who don’t like sports. Unless you’re talking about those Japanese people who don’t get out of the house for years, you shouldn’t judge people based on their “moving/sport” preferences. If you value looks more than anything else, good for you. But saying that people who don’t move, suffer mentally, that’s just a big fat бред.

  • @alekskukolj2264

    @alekskukolj2264

    Hi Doubll, I agree that you shouldn't judge people who don't like sports, but it is undeniable that movement has significant benefits in terms of mental well-being. See: www.health.harvard.edu/mind-and-mood/exercise-is-an-all-natural-treatment-to-fight-depression The statement "people who don't move suffer mentally" may have the causation backward compared to research in this area (it would, after all, be more difficult to set up an experiment where healthy people don't move, compared to an experiment where you get patients suffering from depression to move and subsequently measure their outcomes), but, based on what I have seen and experienced in my life, I am 100% willing to go out on a limb and say that people who do not move absolutely, without a doubt, suffer mentally. Movement does not need to be sports-based, but you must get out and move or you will suffer serious ill-effects.
