I was given this piece of Australian Avocado wood by a friend. I was not expecting the colouring in the middle of the bowl. I think it’s a smile, my son said it looks like devils horns, or it could be a capitol A. You can decide for yourself what it is. It does add some significant attraction to the bowl. Its not very big but would make a sensational trinket bowl. I have left the live edge on the bowl and was able to retain most of the bark. To finish the bowl I have used @organoil Danish Oil. I did have to use a small amount of @StarbondAdhesives CA to stick a small section of the bark back on. Enjoy the video and let me know what you see in the comments.
