Oh, you are such an amazing person Ken. The honey pot is even more beautiful in person. Aiden will be home from school in a half hour and I can wait for him to watch the video and then I'll surprise him with the honey pot. He's really going to go nuts over how the logo is stamped. When we were looking at the honey pot last night, we couldn't imagine how you could have made it, and after watching the process, duuuuude. I love the honey pot and how it turned out. My aunt had Down syndrome and lived with us for 15 years. She LOVED Winnie the Pooh. We decorated her room with him and his friends. Thank you for taking me back to so many fond memories.

Aiden's my son. He's turning 10 this Sunday and has autism. He really does love it. He checks on it first thing every day when he gets home from school. Also, he wakes up and goes to sleep watching Ken's videos. He's what you'd call a hardcore fan.

Another great job, Ken. I love how you keep pushing yourself to try new things. By the way, the "Angry Chipmunk" moment at the 2:20 (or thereabouts) mark had me in stitches! That is what I call it, when someone speaks when they have sped up their videos - Doug of Pohl Barn Productions has some great ones, too. But the "Chipmunk train" really made my day.

My son loves the chipmunk so much, He's able to mock it to the T. He also plays it on his iPad were he slows it down and hears what they are saying. The pohl barn yarn bowl is super funny because Doug is singing like a chipmunk, "oh, just keep sanding, just keep sanding, sanding, sanding, sanding, ohh I hate sanding". We all enjoy these guys. I like that they give props to the other wood turners. Great guys.

​@@AidenTheFGGamer My dad really liked Disney cartoons. We had an 8 mm film projector, and dad got hold of a Chip n Dale cartoon. It didn't have sound, so my dad would do all the sound effects and voices. You have not LIVED until you have heard a chipmunk with a distinct Czech accent! I am SO sorry that I was too young to think about having a tape recorder handy to capture my dad's soundtrack. I think that's why the "Chipmunk train" sound had me laughing so hard today. All I could think was Chip n Dale had become train robbers or something like that.

Using the honeycomb aluminum and honey colored resin is amazing on this project. It turnout out amazing. I'll bet you could use real cleaned honeycomb, too. Great work!

I have talked to a bee keeper about using real honey comb. It may melt due to the heat generated but the resin. BUT I will be trying it as soon as the bee keeper gets me some. Ken

The sanding is not the heat I am talking about. When resin mixes there is a thermionic reaction. It getting pretty warm and I am afraid it will melt the waxy honeycomb. Ken
