    I have an upgraded version of this alarm clock where you can adjust the dimness by holding the up button and it’ll give you 4 dim options. Mine also has a reset button on the back. The alarm and other feedback with this alarm clock is sound recognition so you clap your hands when you want the alarm to turn off. In display 1, mine also shows the date in additions to the time and temperature.

Thanks !

    I have a doubt, can we use the usual non rechargeable AAA batteries and usb power simultaneously? Or do we have to use rechargeable AAA batteries?

  • @EndermanEngineering

    @EndermanEngineering

    5 жыл бұрын

    I tried using rechargeable batteries in mine, and they do charge, but the problem seems to be that there is no charging circuitry and it causes the 1.3v nimh cells to charge to nearly 1.5v and get extremely hot. When using 1.5v alkalines it works fine when plugged in, since usb 5v is pretty close to the 4.8v of three fully charged alkaline cells, but then I would be worried about the cells discharging if the clock is unplugged and then trying to recharge when it gets plugged in again, and trying to charge alkalines is dangerous. I would recommend removing any batteries if you will be using it plugged in and only using batteries if you're bringing it on the go.

  • @catchingstars7
    @catchingstars72 жыл бұрын

    Most helpful video of this clock that's on the internet! 5m onwards: switch between 'always on', or 'off until touch', and 12/24h mode. (I think.) At 8.:26 starts:Programming the year, month/day, and hour. At 10:24 starts: setting the alarm. Note to self: do NOT set the alarm, as the Set button is also the Snooze button and it's unclear how I can turn off the alarm permanently when I wake, or disable to alarm so it doesn't go off at at all.
