I've never seen something done this well before.......your work is out of this world amazing......keep it up.... God sure gave you a gift.
The rattling leaves while working on a rattlesnake was a brilliant touch. Glad your oldish videos are still available to us late comers!
I am 70 years old and never made a drawing other than a schematic drawing. I retired in 2010 and bought an airbrush from Hobby Lobby with a 40 % coupon that brought it to about $60. I painted this “BIRD OF PARADISE” and In my wildest dreams I never thought This would look this good. My wife encouraged me to do more. A QUOTE FROM DALE CARNIGIE “IF IT CAN BE CONCIVED, IT CAN BE ACHIEVED” I have since painted and sold about 100 paintings and about 30 or 40 that I gave for gifts. 2 days ago I I saw your snake cane and it is the coolest. I thought I might something simple (all my knives are razor sharp and it helps.)And I made this teak turtle refrigerator magnet. I never will think I could get to your level but if I hadn’t tried I wouldn’t have a turtle and I am going to try to increase my difficulty and try a new hobby. Your work is over the top! Thank you for the inspiration. I am looking for some more great pieces of art.

That's great Bruce! It makes my day when somebody tells me I've inspired them to carve! I haven't been carving that many years myself. It's just something I wanted to learn to do, and I kept working at it, and I'm still working at it! I would like to be able to see some of your artwork if you'd like to share it! My e-mail adress is mike.stinnett.art@gmail.com. I've been uploading exclusive videos on Patreon.com for those who support my work and would like to learn a little more about what I do, in case you're interested. Thanks for the comment and I hope you have a happy new year!

Shape one from wire and attach it into a soldering iron. Most irons have detachable heads. Just screw the wire in.

Your work is exceptional. You can even inspire someone who knows nothing about carvings and paintings like me to be like you. Btw, where income from, the deers would've been on barbeque skewers in no time. Glad to see them roam freely

UNBELIEVABLE WORK MY FRIEND. YOUR PATIENCE AND ARTISTRY ARE A TESTAMENT TO YOUR PATIENCE AND YOUR GENERATION!! This is all but a lost art today. The youth of today know nothing of the feeling that comes from creating something beautiful with your hands!! I'm 43 and unfortunately I don't have your talent but I'm very old fashioned in a lot of my beliefs. I wish I could teach my children this kind of artistry. Continue your works my friend and I will continue to watch and share. I would love to buy one!!! If I sent you my info would that be possible!!!

Another stunning piece of craftsmanship. I do think Western Diamondback Rattlers have pretty faces with the beautiful pattern over their eyes. They almost look demure. Lol I love the way Pearl sits on your lap while you are doing the work, and it was so funny to see her tearing after the deer. Please enjoy the rest of your week. Kind regards. Liz.
