    Thank you Ronak for trying my recipe. I think you should boil it more to get one string consistency. The syrup should fall like a thick drop as shown 3.51 or you can even check it by putting little syrup on plate and see if it sets on plate, it's done. Pour it into a glass jar and keep it out to set and then keep it in fridge.

    Thanks for the feedback. Sugar helps the jam set. The recipe for jam to set is Pulp qty = Sugar qty. We can reduce sugar quantity. However, it will become loose or jelly. One can go with their preference of taste vs form
