Too bad running with her mouth closed didn't help her win a medal in the individual 400 or the 4x4 relay.

If you're falling you shouldn't try to take anyone with you. Better to fall with dignity.

Maybe it's easier said than done but if in a relay the one thing you don't do is drop the batton. No excuse! Consentration is paramount. That's why I admire someone like Phil Brown because he runs better and his best in the relay.

i do track and ur right getting the baton is the easiest thing u could ever do especially in the 4x4 ur literally looking at the person giving u the baton, so how could u possibly drop it, that person isnt focused

Anybody who participates in world or olympic champioships is a high class athlete because even qualifying to participate is huge challenge

Two things: 1) American team was clearly on roids. Look how jacked they are compared to everyone else. You can tell by their traps and triceps, which are just bulging. Telltale signs of roids. And how the hell can you just blur across the track and walk out like you took a stroll in the park? Emily Diamond of Team GB/NI is incredibly fit (look at those arms and abs!), and she was bent double afterwards. 2) If, by some off chance, the Americans weren't on roids... It just speaks, then, to the flashy American attitude of wanting to dominate everyone else by boosting their sports programmes to the detriment of, say, arts and music, which get very little funding by comparison in the States. It's okay, though, as long as they get to show off physically to everybody else, I guess.
