    I love when retired athletes are commentators for their previous events. like when Ato Bolden commentates on the short sprints. Sanya Richy Rozay for the 400m. Michael Johnson commentating on the 200m and 400m and now Gail for the 4x1 and the Sally Pearson comment. They know what they are talking about! Keep these goats close to the sport. as athletes and fans we love to hear their knowledge. Just as the NBA has Charles and Shaq Diesel as commentators.

    2016 was really the end of sn era. Last lap legends Felix, Williams-Mills and Ohurugou. Mad respect for those 3.i really wish Sherika Jackson would do more 4x4 relays but i understand why she doesn’t as shes better at the shorter sprints

    Buenas noches, que buen que nos permitan ver estas competencias atléticas, el deporte debe de ser una asignatura, es uno de los pocos mecanismos para alejar a nuestra juventud de las drogas, alcohol, tabaco y fármacos, solo con los ejercicios y una adecuada alimentación se podrán alejar de estas influencias ¡Viva el deporte!     Second race had 3rd leg cut out, gota fix that. I wanted to see if Canada 3rd leg was slow, looks like Denmark anchor got her bantam later than Canada but that anchor held her ground with them long legs

    They should put tiny spikes on those batons to improve the grip. Also to improve the awareness of its presence in the palm. Instead, we have all these comical situations of batons not passed properly or dropped.

    I have won many relays. But it all was because of my coach. Who always tortured us to make the baton exchange a must. I would love to show our team showing every nation how to change a baton

    Am I the only one to notice that swaboda practiced her "disappointment" (1:55/56) because there's no other reason to practice a (hands to the face) move unless you plan on actually using it. Very fishy

    Relay Athletes don't need to take small steps to put the tap on the track. You just need to to know the speed of your team mate running into you. If you are faster just take 5 walking steps and you will know when to run from your position

    you're supposed to be looking forward- so if you are, looking forward exactly how will you know when to accept the baton-- oh yeah, by the incoming runner yelling for your hand- btw- it is noisy on the track so yelling is kind of a must

    I will train any country for the baton exchange for a 4*100 relay.....it is really simple. I have never lost a relay...lot of experience. There is a simple exchange method...let me know who wants me to train them
