The abuser never remembers what they have done. But the children getting abused remember every moment of it. But when the abuser gets called out they pull the pity card and try to reflect the problem onto someone else.

I love my mom and she loves me to death... And hence the beating and thr scolding to make me perfect my whole life... I remember running away as she chased me with a knife... At 63 I ask her if she remembered... She says she doesn't...and it goes like " I was doing my duty as a mother bcuz I love u". I gave up.

@@Chamling22 my mom is both emotionally and physically abusive both to her kids and her husbands. Being the oldest I was the one who took most of her lashing out, and even though I am a adult now what she did to me as a kid still affects really bad. And the rest of my family especially my little brother who I tried to shelter him from it is only now just seeing how bad she really is after her 3 trips to the ER in one week. But when we call her out on it and demand she gets help she just says that if no one else has to get help then she doesn't either. And she tries to pin all her mistakes on everyone else. In one of our fights she had gotten in my face and triggered my fight or flight mode and I subconsciously reacted by punching her because I thought she was going to hurt me and she had the audacity to call the police saying im a delinquent child who attacks my mother for no reason. Any one who knows me knows that im really hard to push to physical violence and I don't like hurting people unless i have no other choice.

Gaslighting and denial are the two biggest traits of the abuser. So disgusting. I was abused physically and mentally by my mother for years until one day I'd finally had enough rage beatings and grabbed her wrist so she'd stop beating me with her shoe. Her words: "How dare you abuse me?!". Apparently trying to stop someone from abusing you is abuse. Sad part is I'm getting old now and the memories still haunt me and I'm messed up in the head. As someone who's been mistreated by their mother, this is 100% an abuser. You can hear the guilt in her voice and how she's saying that her daughter had lost her mind, that she never was abusive. That's clear gaslighting. Incase you don't know gaslighting is a form of mental abuse, it makes the victim believe that they're insane, stupid, that they're abuser is completely in the right and that they are the toxic ones. It's horrible. The mother's is a horrible actor may I add.

This is why I like Steve wilkos. He gets to the point and he puts abusers “ parents. Couples, etc.” on blast. He won’t let women abusers have a seat on his stage. That’s a man💯💯

So many evil parents have sudden amnesia when confronted. I am so glad this girl is honest and lets the world know that many children could not even open their mouths otherwise they would be smacked all over the house. And all the people who knew and did nothing, never called the authorities.

MY mother used to beat me when I was a kid with rose branches, belts, fibreglass poles, books, wooden spoon and the good old hand. Never understood why until older, she had narcissistic personality disorder. She would always deny it just like this mother, and would try and say that she was the victim.

I remember mother's behavior, is the same as my mom who does not and can not remember the traumatic things and even physical and verbal abuse when I was young. This is the sad part is, because the woman is the mother, and 100% a child cannot even choose a parent.

My mother controlled by abuse . I remember her smashing my brothers face down on the bench top and knocked his front tooth out . She was a family terrorist , was incredibly violent , encouraged us to fight other children in the neighbourhood , attacked my father with hot jugs of water , knives , smashed kitchen plates up all over the floor , would force my father to beat on my brother and if he didn’t she would fly into a rage . Both my parents are incredibly deluded people and would deny any of it if confronted . I have 3 other brothers and none of us stay in touch . Our family blew apart years ago and the glue that should have held it all together are living life in denial .

This woman is a real piece of work and keeps on trying to deflect and deflect and she's just mad because she's gotten caught and called out and because of her lies and manipulation not working not only with Dr. Phil but with her own daughters and someone doesn't have to be physically abused in order for the abuse to have happened and continuing on, for however long it's gone on and continues on, as not all wounds are physical and can always be easily seen.

I am 100% against abuse. I wonder if the mother was approached differently if she would have been able to humble herself and admit she failed them as a mother that way. Sometimes people need the atmosphere to be safe and to know that there is an opportunity to be be forgiven and get help in order to face what they have done. But Some people are just too selfish and unwilling to admit fault and won’t ever change . Takes a very good therapist to help figure that one out
