There's no doubt in my mind that the plaintiff instigated the fight. In the first place, the police report says that she was the one that caused all the physical attacks, and in the second place, look at the way she went off on the judge when she was trying to speak. The reason why the plaintiff argues back-and-forth is because she can't articulate herself properly nor can she speak in a civilized manner, so she has to resort to physical violence to get her point across. She's not fooling anybody but herself.

How on earth can she even end up in a relationship? how did he not run on first date? 🤣

This lady 100% was trying to manipulate the judge by trying to imitate the judge. Gaslighting, deception, violence, false police report, likely claiming disability payments falsely. And all the guy was asking is “can we pay the rent fairly” Her first comment told me she was a scammer … Q: We’re you paying rent? “We were sharing the portion of rent that we paid”

She’s literally doing the thing that causes things to get violent. Being snappy and literally doing everything she can to prove she’s in charge even when she isn’t.

Any credibility or honesty the plaintiff had at the beginning of this case, went from 100 to 0 really quickly when she wouldn’t keep her mouth shut. Really told us exactly who she was and she put on quite a show the beginning of the case.

Plaintiff says "I'm not talking, I'm speaking." What a toxic jerk! He should be thankful she's out of his life.

JJ is becoming more patient than me. I woulda dismissed her case 10 interruptions ago. When the guy spoke at the end, I realized that I never heard his voice throughout the case because he won his case without even having to speak.

He probably did go overboard, but it makes sense that the police would first assume he was the problem, because he's a MAN. One of the policemen looked carefully enough at what was on scene and was able to conclude that the one without cuts or bruises on her must have been the violent one. Love how she kept talking so long that the defendant was almost down the aisle. Defendant had to answer very little. Defendant has a kind of unique face, by the way. Not sure what the ethnicity is, but he has recessive eyes. Not saying he's God's gift, just making an observation.

Mentally disabled maybe. Looking at how skinny she is, it is possible that she might have sickle cell anemia but I don’t know if that would be considered a disability. People with sickle cell anemia will go into what is called a crisis where they are in great physical pain and have to be hospitalized. Since the plaintiff didn’t specify the nature of her disability I am only guessing that this is what she has based on how thin she is.

Judge Judy likes to play guessing games when asking questions like, "How many times have the police been to your residence for domestic abuse in the past?"
