@@UnscrupulousAgitator I have left rent payments in mail boxes or slots in the past but not in cash. Most landlords I know don’t accept cash plus leaving a large sum of cash is a bad idea because you won’t have a receipt. A crooked person could pocket the money and claim they never received it.
Judge Judy has a book called don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining,I recommend it if your a judge Judy fan.

Female co-plaintiff could have at least brushed her hair before appearing in front of JJ and the guy next to her doesn't look any better (he could get a haircut and shave for frig's sake). Do they honestly expect anyone to believe they left rent in cash under a rock? that's what druggies do for their dealers, not responsible tenants in a rental situation.
