No, man, rewatch the video… the traffic violation caused a traffic stop, fleeing from the traffic stop is what caused the arrest, and rightfully so. Maybe the fire ants were just fast acting karma, dont break the law and try to evade consequences (there probably wouldn’t have even been consequences, probably just a warning, this is entirely on her and her own stupidity)

If you MUST KNOW. She was not evading. She was pulling out of the one way zone of the drop off/pick up zone of her son's school. She was trying to correct her mistake so she could properly be cited and the cops reported her as evading and fleeing. She did not leave school grounds yet when they pulled her from her car and held her down on a fire ant mound. Which is something her attorney DID mention.

It wasn't on purpose. And she has every right to sue. If they stopped arresting people because they were uncomfortable there would be a lot higher chances of serious injury. They should have checked her. But I completely understand why they didn't. I would have, though
