@@Jaywon977 If Jaden didnt have the game he did, i feel like Ant would have had 20-25 points in that game because he would have tried to bully some more shots. But he saw his teammates and Conley cooking, so he did his job on defense practically all night long, and also using his ability to gravitate the defense to get off the ball to find open looks. A selfish elite young player may have just started jacking up shots when they didnt need to in a game like that. And Ant has continously improved throughout the years and namely these past couple weeks of the regular season to get that experience of what he was doing in game 2. He's got that dog in him

Great segment! As a wolves fan, I love to hear this. Seems like everything I've heard from national media is Sun's focused. "Suns are down 0-2" whole segment is about how the suns team isn't constructed correctly, or KD just isn't trying hard enough, Suns don't have a deep enough bench, etc. Maybe one comment about how the Wolves are playing well and the rest is just focused on what the suns are doing and what they need to do. Thanks for taking the time to talk about the Wolves in some more depth, and sorry about complaining.

JJ is awesome man. I’m always on the hunt for any and all the Wolves content I can get. I’ve been annoyed lately. That’s because. We live in a world where they’d rather tear someone down (Suns) than build someone up (Wolves). All the headlines the last couple days are about the Suns or KD and how they are failing. Not how the Wolves are having a statement year from start to finish and a team to be worried about. Half the people claiming the wolves are the real deal, ain’t even really watching the games. Stephen A is out here trying to hold Grayson Allen accountable. 😭 Rob Parker and Chris Broussard think Jaden McDaniels is a no name role player. Just pitiful how casual these so called “experts” are. Y’all should know who NAW is but most don’t. The Wolves winning it all would NOT be a surprise to us Wolves fans that have been watching all year. They flipped a switch in that Nugs series last year and have only gotten scarier with Naz and Jaden healthy for the playoffs. We are the deepest team in the league. Nobody else has a guy like NAW or NAZ coming off their bench. The Celtics better pray we don’t come out the west cause we would be 2-0 against them if not for a snowstorm that cause travel issues on a B2B and were still up 20 at TD Graden while short handed. Ant Jaden and NAW will make life hell for Tatum and Brown if they get the chance.

I think, what kind of goes unsaid, is him just overall being a great teammate himself, is he has had some huge veteran leadership coming from the PG position in his ear since he got to MN. Rubio i think was huge as Ant was a rookie. Both lost their mom's, Kat lost his mom, etc. Then honestly Dlo, also Beverly for that dawg mentality, and very importantly this last season and a half Mike Conley. Who was a premiere NBA player in his Grizzly days. And then just good hungry grinders like Naz and Jaden. Kind of had a close proximity to a lot of great people. You hear Ant in interviews, and literally deflects all praise to his teammates in ways that seem super sincere, and super honest. Its honestly quite insane how consistent this aspect of him is.

That was a joke and just gave him more confidence. KD and Book were nowhere to be found. Especially Book. They completely forgot everything that made the team great the whole year. Soft. As soon as it goes tough they bow their heads. Thats never in my life a real contender. Switching teams. And done with KD, how many excuses can you still have? In the end Chuck was right: you need leaders. And now hes on a team where everyone looks around for a leader and Beal is the best leader? No way. No freaking way you getting out the 1st round.
