WOKE Star Wars: The Dark Side of Disney's New Rey Movie

Ойын-сауық

The latest Star Wars movie is predicted to be a massive flop! Disney's choice of director, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, raises concern due to her lack of qualifications and her woke ideology. She has made numerous irritating statements in interviews, such as enjoying "making men uncomfortable" and infusing "activism" into all her projects. Obaid-Chinoy's approach will be a disaster for the Star Wars franchise.

The comment to which the following reply was written, was apparently deleted by her. The following, was my reply………… . @GirlCops …. I have always said… what hurts men, hurts women. What hurts women hurts men. You are correct. Feninism has been doing nothing but destroy the male / female dynamic, since the creation of the Pill and the sexual revolution. We have heard nothing but the demand of women’s rights, when not one of them can tell us what rights a man has… that women do not! Feminist ideology has been nothing but a cancer upon societies soul, for the last 50+ years. , Second question to go along with my OP….. What would women say, if a man said he _enjoys_ making women uncomfortable? He would be tarrered, feathred and cancelled for rest of his life.

It is going to be devastating to look back in 2 generations,to see the “legacy” left behind by the “we don’t need no man” generation and the pitiful number of off spring raised with such an outlook on half the populatio. That half, as you know, LITERALLY designed, enineered, built and maintains the overwhelming majority of what provides the material goods to sustain a society. . The lack of respect for males is appalling and, as you said…. there are a MASIVE number of great men “friendzoned”, while the 10% of them get all the milk they want and never have to buy the cow. There are also a HUGE number of women, manipulated by feminists to turn many of these good men into the “friendzoned” . This is all so sad and we have feminist ideology to blame for nearly all of it. With this ideology, it is showing to SW fans that having women leading a project destroy the whole project. Yes several woman worked on SW, even the Disney production director is a woman for more than 12 years. But no, what is important is to bring a woman to make men not comfortable. Nothing about the story, or just saying SW will be respected, no just another sexism fight.... It is awful to see that. She might have hired a personal press agent to go on some programs, so make a big deal about the film and turn it into a culture war thing, in hopes of keeping the movie alive. And IMO I think he might be right as today they announced a Mando film to start filming this year, at the same time people speculated that the Rey movie might start filming.

Instead of gradually offering a new shift in perspective or taste, they believe these are shields instead of one part of who they are. Barbie was ALWAYS a girl franchise so obviously women are gonna support it as the primary fanbase. Not so with Star Wars where most fans are male and when you alienate them, it won't suddenly bring in more female fans, it will just lose fans and lose money.

Minor correction - The 'Rey Skywalker' film has not been announced as a trilogy (honestly, I hope this film never happens). The article noted that there are 3 announced Star Wars films, one of which was the Rey Skywalker film. The other two are one about the first Jedi set thousands of years earlier, and the third is a film from Dave Filoni that ties in the 'Mandoverse' era characters. NOTE: there is actually, now, a fourth film announced (The Mandalorian and Grogu, from Jon Favreau). I'm looking forward to Favreau's and Filoni's films, optimistic for the first Jedi film, and I hope the Rey Skywalker movie is never made.
