Her head isn't bolted on straight. She like Headland, Kennedy, Feige, Iger..., fail to understand that it's the true fans of the franchises having backed and financially supported them for decades that are speaking out and refusing to fund the continued bastardization of franchises they love. This is such a non-issue. I am a hispanic. If I want to watch a movie about samurai, I expect most of the characters to be of Japanese origin. If I am watching a show about vikings, I expect most of the characters to be white. If I am watching a movie about the cartels, I would imagine most characters to be latino. If I am watching a movie about freaking sci-fi and aliens, the last thing I expect to take any prioritzation is the freaking sexual orientation of the characters.

It's not about agenda it's about content. Who are they to rewrite lore go out and make your own movie that's not star wars if you want to change what is known and loved.

I am so done with Star Wars. So, are all my kids. Parents are the ones who introduce kids to Star Wars, Star Trek and Firefly. If you are non-binary, gay or whatever, you probably don't have kids. So, if you make a movie or TV show that is specifically made for 6% of the population, you cant complain when 94% don't see it and you take a loss. What people care about in movies/TV shows is good character development, intriguing story lines, action scenes that matter and make sense.
