Reese is being helped compared to what I’ve seen. I’m not even bias to either one no rookie had this triple-double in the league history. Not to mention she's doing all of this while being the number 1 on every single team's scouting reports. That means that every team is labelling her the #1 defensive priority and planning around that. And she's still lifting the worst team in the league, playing 40 min each game, getting the first rookie triple double, breaking other records, breaking the Fever assists in a game record...I could honestly keep going. I feel lucky to have been turned on to the W because there are so many absolute ballers in the league. Special things are happening right now and Clark was the catalyst for it all.

It's funny, some Ionescu fans love to bring up how she's #1 all-time in college triple doubles with 26 and Clark is #2, but they don't have much to say after I've pointed out their actual career stats: - Clark: 28.4 pts, 7.1 reb, 8.2 ast - Ionescu: 18.0 pts, 7.3 reb, 7.7 ast Clark has the much more impressive statline and in fact, they are quite close in both rebounds and assists; many fans would assume that more triple doubles means greater dominance in reb/ast. But the reality here is that Ionescu racking up 9 more triple doubles means that she just happened to hit the arbitrary double-digit mark a few more times in reb/ast, but that also means that she had more games with lower numbers of reb/ast, in order for their averages to look reasonably similar.

Her rookie year is historic and nobody is talking about it. Only magic johnson and oscar robertson have done what she is doing so far. Averging over 16 points 5 rebound and over 5 assists per game. She is 16, 6, and 7+. Thats it 3 people in either league. I dont see why her averaging will go down. Just crazy nobody is talking about how historic her season is.

@@rickgarcia7334nobody really. Technically CC did but in Pete’s defense freshmen could only play Jv when he played. He also had no 3 point line and no shot clock so teams stalled to slow the game down. Pete averaged 44.2 in three years but Dale Brown went back and watched every game and said if there was a three point line he would have averaged 57. I like CC and I’m a fan but that one I don’t feel is legit.

You said something about not wanting to give Caitlin a chance when she's at home. Because the fans at home give players that extra lift. The only problem with thast is EVERY game Caitlin plays may as well be at home, her fans make up the majority of seats at home, but I'd guess that probably half the seats at an away game are CC fans,

CC is a Beast…she has to wait for her team to catch up to her passes…shes getting triple teamed,beat-up and she is still bringing it…..

Caitlin Clark made history Thursday, blowing away the previous record for fastest WNBA player to record 300 career points, 100 rebounds and 100 assists by doing so in her 19th game. Clark's triple-double on Saturday was the first ever recorded by a rookie in the WNBA. AR is a great player but CC is a better all around player then AR. Unfortunately I don't think she will win. The people who do the voting almost always pick bigs last time a guard won I believe was 2009 so no matter how good CC is her chances of winning are not good they probably won't give it to a guard.

The Squirrel. 🐿️ Her nickname should be The Squirrel. She reminds me if the squirrel from Over the Hedge. She is so quick, she is everywhere at once. She usually wears her hair in a ponytail that looks like a squirrel’s tail. Squirrels are always being chased by dogs (WNBA players) but never can catch them. Dogs stop everything and freak out when they see a squirrel - they literally control dogs. Great video. Subscribed.

In any other year, Angel would be the runaway ROTY...but this is not a normal year. CC is transcendent.

So many black bloggers are getting behind Clark and it’s not because she’s white. It’s because they appreciate good basketball. There are already a lot of white women in the WNBA and those white women aren’t drawing the crowds. Caitlin is because she brings an exciting dimension to the game that wasn’t there before. Every so often a special athlete recharges a sport. The NBA has always been popular, but Bird added excitement, Jordan added excitement, Curry added excitement, same way in all sports a special person comes along and for now it’s Clark.

Listen Venom, first time I am watching one of your videos, I believe, and I subscribed. Your beginning words about CC T1001 (T2 Terminator) as I call her due to her on court skills, about Caitlin being the Greatest of All Time WNBA player, I have been saying this from seeing her first game in the WNBA. I absolutely agree. Many people would feel my feelings about this is rushed etc, and they would not want to give the "green rookie who plays good against a number of high schoolers, but it is a different thing playing against grown professional women who have been playing professional basketball for a long time" lolol. (Which was said in a way to discredit CC T1001 by the way). Ok, from that statement, I said the other day, and I repeat again, after all these records our girl CC has ALREADY broken...Caitin Clark compared to her future self is a mere 2/10 level. Imagine when she reaches 5! So, in a way of sorts, I do agree with the statement quoted, but not in a way of pleasure to CC's jealous opponents who do not appreciate ALL she has already done for the players, the WNBA and the exposure to the media of the sport. CC22 …sounds like a missile.

Many of CC's TOs are her own, but many are dropped passes to her teammates. Couple reasons could be hard hands by the mates or not wide enough peripheral vision. Both of these can be addressed with some coaching. Hard hands on a wide reciever in football is simple to coach if the player works to learn the technique to overcome. And any football coach can help them. (Sorry, not many bb coaches even address it.) Now for the peripheral vision improvement . . . There are simple exercises to increase it. BUT ! it takes a while. And it takes longer than there is time left in this season. And, of course, the internet has some exercises that can help. (don't let the rest of the WNBA see this 😅)

You mentioned the most triple doubles ever is 10. That was by Alyssa Thomas, who's in her 11th season and has played 301 games - and she didn't even get her 1st until her 9th season. Clark in her 22nd game ever already has 1, and was 1 rebound away (a week before that) from having 2. Um yeah, CC gonna blow way past that record.

CC was 1 rebound short of a Triple Double two weeks ago and was within 2 points three weeks ago. This was not a one-of.

Why is it so hard to give this girl her props. She has earned it. Why is it so wrong to do. Why do you have to apologize in this video pointing out great play and giving someone respect for their play. But we will praise mediocrity. I dont reaate to anything anymore. I am not allowed to call myself a man. I cant say she, I have to pander to a human being who thinks they are a cat. This is nuts.

rookie triple double is impressive, but box scores shed a bit more light. liberty beat themselves in alot of ways,. 25% from 3 off of 42 attempts, ouch. 62 % from the line, and 40 % percent from the field.. they were handing out rebounds with all the bricks the shot. the lost the rebound battle because of their terrible shooting. in their previous game it was different.. they shot closer to their season average, were more efficient which led to them wining the rebound battle. they dominated that game. ;Lke you said you dont get 17 win 1st place ranking without ability. As much as the fever may be improving overall, the Liberty did not play Liberty ball, partly because the fever ..mostly because of their poor execution a lack of adjustments.

How is 6:54 not a foul against CC? It's ridiculous how the refs don't call these things against CC.

Leading in rebounds wont triumph leading in points, assists. Plus CC has more blocks as a guard and more has more H2H wins and each time CC has out played her. Also, CC has beaten better teams while having a harder schedule. Don't bring up more turnovers because it comes with the territory of being a playmaker.

I just saw the title and clicked to respond. NO. She is not the mvp. That's aja wilsons right now. Please don't disrespect Aja like that again. And the roy is close but right now it's Angel. Please look at their percentages. Cc is shooting like 33%from 3 wick is her specialty and she leads the league in turnovers. She is only averaging about 2 points more than Angel but again scoring is her specialty. I also think 13 double doubles is harder than 1 triple doulbe. I have also yet to see cc take a game over and put her team on her back but i have seen Reese do that. Now with that being said. Cc will probably win because she is the great white hope and YT people can't help but to vote for her no matter whst Angel does.

You are right CC has 122 turnovers. That does in fact lead the league, BUT, out of those 122 turnovers her teammates mishandled 51 of those leaving 71 which lowers the rate from 5.5 to 3.2 per game. Considering how much see handles the ball and makes high value passes that is not that much. Then you take into consideration of everything else see does while being the most guarded player in the history of the WNBA, YOU really sound foolish spouting that non-sense. I not hear taking anything away from what AR has accomplished, which is a lot, but when you put their numbers side by side. Its not Close!!
