Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

In this heartwarming video, we witness the touching moment when two baby orphan monkeys, Utku and Phoebe, finally get the chance to meet their new foster mom. As Phoebe is very clingy, she is introduced first, followed closely by Utku. It's a beautiful sight to see how Acorn, the foster monkey mom, immediately takes to the two little ones and embraces them as her own. Witness the bond that forms between this unlikely family and see the love and care that Acorn provides for her new babies. Don't miss this heartwarming tale of love, acceptance, and the power of a mother's instinct.- Baby Season 6 - Episode 24 - At the Vervet Monkey Foundation, a wildlife conservation & animal rescue sanctuary...

You can find something unique in every integration. I enjoyed Phoebe's warming up to Buttercup. And Buttercup just being a non-player character inside the cage was different too.

This video was well done! I understand how getting the foster mums work but for someone who doesn't understand what and how that works, Dave has done a beautiful job explaining the process! I tell my friends all the time how much I love what goes on here and how important this has become to me. I love these monkeys and I especially love how Dave and all the volunteers work so hard to preserve how monkeys should be able to live which is free to just be who they are...monkeys!

@@annstar4306they can’t even be like Timmy’s human mom who tried to care for him. She eventually realized that she couldn’t care for an adult monkey for 30+ years like she could a tiny baby and surrendered it to Vervet Forest. I hope cows milk won’t affect him negatively, but seeing how happy and well adjusted he was to humans AND monkeys when seeing them again for the first time at Vervet Forest made me give that woman credit because he was confident and not hungry and scared of everything like most infant monkeys are when in human hands. She had to have let him cling to her constantly, played and interacted with him, and started feeding nutritious to him that he ACTUALLY digest (unlike many stupid VOs in Southeast Asia who give tiny and toddler age monkeys fried foods and high sugar drinks🤬)or he wouldn’t have been so comfortable so quickly in integration. He didn’t have any health problems or nutrition issues either. If anyone does want a pet monkey they need to be like that lady, but go further beyond and make sure that are mentally and financially prepared for such a commitment. This is another reason why they shouldn’t be pets though, as few can and are willing to take care of monkeys in captivity outside of zoos and sanctuaries for years, and can’t even care for an infant monkey properly.

I love that Tiny, insecure Phoebe got an overprotective, squishy hugging Mum! I think Acorn is just the kind of Mum she needed. One who will shower her with affection! (The affectionate she needed to feel secure, and confident!) Utke seems to enjoy having a Mum again to hug and love when he is feeling frightened, or lonely as well. So another integration that is working great for all involved ❤❤❤!

I love watching the babies cling to their foster mothers. I spend time every day reporting infant macaque videos for using baby monkeys as disposable inventory performing for video businesses. The baby macaques, sometimes exploited with their umbilical cords still intact, never get a chance to cling to a monkey mother or to their owners. They cling for minutes at a time to make videos but are usually pushed away. It's so sad. These videos of baby monkeys clinging to their foster mothers are priceless. Many thanks to you all for the marvelous service you provide.

Well, I believe the foster moms haven’t recently had babies of their own, so they likely aren’t lactating, and that’s why they still come into the cage to get their milk. If my memory serves me correctly, I believe the monkey babies do suckle on the foster moms, and it’s more bonding and pacifying though.

While I enjoy these integrations I miss Kyle's interpretations. Dave is certainly loving and understanding, and of course, well spoken. He lacks the detailed information that makes it a story of each little baby's life. He made watching the video more interesting for me as a layman. Just an fyi, but you might want to consider upping your storytelling, currently it just seems a bit repetitive. Offer an internship for media students? Or something along those lines.

Thank you for your feedback on the video and the integrations. I can understand how you might miss Kyle's interpretations, as everyone has their own unique style and perspective when it comes to storytelling. However, I would like to point out that Dave's approach to the videos may differ from Kyle's, but that does not necessarily mean it is lacking in detailed information or storytelling. Dave may have his own strengths and ways of presenting the information that might appeal to different viewers. That being said, I appreciate your suggestion to up the storytelling and to consider offering an internship for media students. It's always great to hear constructive feedback and new ideas for improvement. We will definitely take your suggestions into consideration and see how we can incorporate them into future videos. @@VervetMonkey NO, NO, NO!!! I couldn't disagree more with Sharon Ruff. Dave is very engaging when he explains why the monkeys do as they do, what they need etc. You can hear and feel his love for the monkeys in every breath. With Dave it's ALL about the monkeys and not about Dave at all. NOT making things primarily about yourself is a very unique quality these days especially on social media. Please keep Dave on as the narrator, and not somebody who is mostly interested in something other than the monkeys such as PR, his career, movie equipment, camera angles or whatever. Frankly, I didn't care that much for Kyle. E.g. he once told a caregiver who was bathing a baby to turn the baby so he could film its face. Do not get somebody who’s going to make the monkeys “perform” or “pose”. There are plenty of channels who do that. I live in Northern Europe where there are no monkeys so I knew nothing about these animals before KZread started suggesting monkey channels to me. I found the monkeys to be the cutest and funniest animals since cats and kittens, and obviously also a lot more exotic. So I was quickly hooked. I only truly began to understand what was going on in the Cambodian macaque/pet channels when I found your channel. Your channel is one of a kind - or at least I haven’t found any other monkey channel like yours. If you want films and stories about finding “million pity poor abandoned baby monkey in the forest” or such like it’s not hard to do. Here you can watch and learn knowing the monkeys are never exploited in any way. Please don’t change a thing! Please don’t compromise!
