[Without Oven] Sweet Potato Cheese Bun Recipe :: Fermentation for only 20 minutes

I made sweet potato bun with a frying pan without an oven.
You can feel the moisture of the sweet potato by making the bread thin.
The taste becomes even more savory when combined with mozzarella cheese.
Check out the video on how to shorten the fermentation to just 20 minutes.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[4 pieces]
✤ Bread Dough
- 150g Bread flour (1cup)
- 100ml Milk
- 20g (2tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter
- 10g (1tbsp) Sugar
- 2g (0.5tsp) Salt
- 3g (1tsp) Instant dry yeast
✤ filling
- 200g Sweet potato
- 10g (1tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter
- 10g (1tbsp) Sugar
- 70g (9tbsp) Milk
- Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
✤ Topping (optional)
- A little water or cooking oil
- Black sesame seeds
✤ TIP
- Since the moisture content is different depending on the type of sweet potato, the amount of milk may vary.
- If the frying pan is thin or the stove is high on heat, bake for 3 to 4 minutes, turn off the heat, cool the pan a little, and turn on the heat again 2-3 times to cook well without burning.
- When baking in the oven or air fryer, grease with eggs or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 170℃(338℉) for 20~25 minutes. Set the air fryer to 10 degrees lower.

저녁에 준비해두었다가 아침으로 만들어 먹었어요. 저는 집에 레드비트 가루가 있어서 반죽에 한수저 넣어 같이 반죽했더니 진짜 고구마 같아요.ㅋㅋㅋ 겉은 불그스름 속은 노랑. 후라이팬이랑 오븐 둘 다에 했는데요, 후라이팬 것은 살짝 불이 셌어서 군고구마처럼 되었고, 오븐에 한 것은 찐고구마처럼 색이 고르게 나왔어요. 제가 사는 외국은 고구마가 퍽퍽하고 별로 달지 않아요. 그래서 점도 조절을 하고 부드러운 단맛을 주고 싶어서 꿀을 필링에 넣었습니다. 마침 남은 생크림이 있어서 조금 넣어봤어요. 그런데 싸맬때 꼭꼭 잘 안 싸매졌는지 터져서 치즈가 후루룩 샌 것도 있는데요, 이러나 저러나 맛있습니다. 감사합니다, 매일맛나 님!
