With These 10 FOODS, You Will Never Get Alzheimer And Dementia After 50

As you get older, your brain health may decline due to factors such as shrinking brain volume, reduced blood flow, and inflammation. This can affect your memory, cognition, and mood, and increase your risk of developing neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia. Fortunately, you can support your brain health by eating a balanced diet that includes foods rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B6, and other nutrients that protect and nourish your brain cells. My Aunt was 94 this year and until around three months ago , she was so sharp, that you would never believe, She always did and still does eat a very healthy diet, even the dark chocolate, but the doctors believe she may have had a stroke, during the night a few months ago, her body was not affected but her memory was, it's unbelievable how that has affected the whole family, yet she remembers so many other things that happened a while ago, .

A lot of YT videos recommending ppl eat dark chocolate need to be updated with this rather not new news: Consumer Reports issued a story on the dangers of heavy metals found in all brands of dark chocolate. Anybody can Google it. Apparently in the manufacturing process is where both Lead and Cadmium are added to the chocolate we all eat. Doesn't matter if it's organic, exotic brands other than Hershey's--any and all brands of the 28 tested had some level of one or both heavy metals. There is no known safe level of either element humans can ingest. More recently, this study has been undated and reports that 40 brands of milk chocolate products like hot cocoa mixes also have detected Lead & Cadmium in them. For years, I had 70+% dark chocolate I would eat with my morning coffee. I now have neurological pain in my left leg. This doesn't run in my family. There is no known way to rid the body of these heavy metals, either. This is a warning! I would stay away from anything that has cocoa or chocolate in it, especially if your pregnant, or have any chronic illness.

Here’s something you can try with your Black coffee in the morning. It’s called Mushroom super foods by OM mushroom master blend certified organic made from Lion’s Mane. A half teaspoon in your coffee in the morning and your memory comes back sharp and clear as ever. It also increases your mental awareness and energy. I use it and from what I notice it’s amazing.

Thanks for the great tips, but I already eat this way. Had blueberries for breakfast and am having eggs for lunch. Am thinking of planting blueberry plants in my garden, will save some money! My late beloved mother grew up on old Cape Cod and told me in the 1950s when I was a kid that "Fish is brain food"! Just make sure it's "Wild caught" and NOT "farmed"! Hard to live by the sea and not love seafood! So, I love tuna, flounder, cod, halibut, trout, and salmon! As well as shellfish like lobster, oysters and shrimp! I haven't eaten swordfish in years because of the high mercury content. My late father in law had Alzheimers and went from being a highly cognitive being and a successful dentist to being a very confused individual! Once caught him peeing out the front door of our home because he thought it was the bathroom, sad! smdh Am, also "nuts about nuts"! I was a fitness trainer in the 1990s and got certified in nutrition so I don't need to check with my doctor. Conventional doctors only get around 35 hours of nutrition in medical school and don't know as much as some people give them credit for! "The gut is the root of all disease" and "Let medicine be thy food and food thy medicine"...Hippocrates in ancient Greece who also recommended apple cider vinegar drinks!! To your good health! ♥♥♥
