    Other than point #1 example - might be Benadryl? And #3 example OxyContin, I’ve taken 3 times for broken bones and pain (Never informed it was just candy coated Heroine!!) Frightening! Thank god I wasn’t addicted right off like some. And #10, example HRT’s (I took for 12 years to go to work without issues), you provided no brand name examples to us layman. I’m 75 and just in last year have noticed time loss, confusion and lack of focus. Please give more “store brand” examples for all of us non-doctors if you want to really help and warn us. Thank uou

    Science changes. For example - One year we are told to eat potatoes - then we are told not to eat potatoes - then it was don't put toppings on the potatoes. This is a small and rigid list. There are so many more good and healthy fruits and vegetables that the body needs to get maximum nutrition. We choose what goes into our mouths. God created all for us to grow from the womb to death. As a nurse i have cared for many healthy doctors, anaesthetists. And athletes in nappies at the ages 70 thru 85 because of Alzheimers and dementia - although they took care of their bodies in their lives. The bigger question is - after we die - humanity faces the judgement. Are u living for Jesus?? If u arent its pointless working towards dementia prevention coz where we spend eternity is what matters.
