0:17 - Cherry or any red juice, 1 liter
0:22 - Agar powder, 32 g
0:27 - Mix well
0:37 - Gelatin or agar powder, 28 g
0:49 - Sugar, 2 tbsp
0:59 - Set aside
0:01 - Boil juice and agar powder mixture to harden
1:10 - Pour in a glass form
1:23 - Cool down in a fridge
1:34 - Cut into cubes
2:28 - Prepare a baking form
2:30 - Follow video instructions
2:55 - Put jelly cubes in the bottom of the form
3:09 - Gelatin and juice mixture
3:20 - Cook on a low medium heat
3:29 - 1 glass of milk
3:30 - Mix well
3:37 - Pour milk mixture in the form
3:52 - Cool down in the fridge (for 3-4 hours)
📋 INGREDIENTS:
Red juice 1 liter
Gelatine 32 g
Cream 10% or milk 200 ml
Gelatin 28 g
Sugar 50 g
Sauce:
Milk chocolate 100 g
Milk 80 g
Coconut shavings
🧑‍🍳Cooking steps:
Soak 32 g gelatin in 800 liters of red juice for 15 min.
Heat the contents in a saucepan.
Pour into a rectangular glass mold and place in the refrigerator to set.
Once set, cut into cubes directly in the mold. Take out with a spatula.
Put 2 tbsp sugar, 28 g gelatine and 200 ml juice in a bowl and leave for 15 minutes. Melt in the microwave or in a saucepan. Cool and pour in 500 g cream. Stir.
In a baking ring, line the bottom with cling film and place immediately on a flat board. Line the sides with acetate tape. Place red cubes of set jelly inside. Pour the pink cream and gelatin over the cubes and place the mold in the refrigerator.
Make the sauce. Melt the chocolate chunks with the milk in a saucepan until fully combined. Let cool, then pour the sauce into the milk jug.
