Thanks for your review , it's very helpful ! My only question has to do with the reducer ? Most are saying the exhaust flue says 3 inches but is actually a different diameter ? Did your 3 to 6 fit properly or did you have to make adjustments to it ? Thanks

When you say the pipe goes to the chimney. Is it a regular chimney with a flue liner ? thanks !

Does it have any “smoke smell” coming from it during or after use? Also how often and what method do you use to clean it? Thanks for the info! Were thinking about putting one of these into our skoolie. 👍🏽

Is there a recommended flue size? If flue area is to large then Carbon Monoxide can flow down the chimney due to top of flue being cool. Every burning device I know of has recommended flue sizes and going to 8" right away seems abit much A flue too large can also allow moisture to form in the flue which is very acidic. The cold air can also effect flue temp and burn. That fan seems awful lazy but maybe you just lit stove.

Excessively large flues reduce the velocity of the combustion products, allowing them more time to dissipate heat through the pipe walls. As combustion gases are heated, they expand. This makes them less dense than the colder air entering the furnace, so they weigh less. They also exist at a lower pressure than the colder inlet air. Since the combustion gases are at a lower pressure, the higher-pressure inlet gases displace them, pushing them up and out of the flue. For the flue to operate properly, the outlet gases must always be at a lower pressure than the inlet air so that this pressure differential can be maintained. When this pressure differential is diminished by the flue pressure becoming too positive or the combustion air inlet becoming too negative, air stops drafting through the furnace. That’s when CO is created. And if the furnace is not drafting, the CO ends up staying in the residence.

I also purchased this same stove and worked ok for 2 months, now it requires cleaning after a few days use, and seems to quit drawing . Have to let it cool, vacuumed out, and restart. It first got up to 550-650 deg, but does not burn as hot by next morning it is 400-450. It may possibly be my brand of pellet fuel, but I purchased 2 tons and have lot not used yet.
