Same. The backpack attachment is great. Wearing a backpack with straps and a plate carrier sucks. and I don’t like the zip on attachments

@@DownRangeCowboy Your awesome humility will take you far! Only tip is to keep training and evaluating your kit. Diversity kills. We use the same systems until they fail but don't hold onto useless SOPs. Your 2nd line is setup almost identically to my work one. Everything should (if possible) have two purposes. Great video and cannot wait for more content my guy.

Did you pull off the shoulder strap cobra buckle and ring? I was looking at a v5 to use instead of my.hakey thorax with the Axl shoulder pads but figured those would have to cover the strap hardware to have everything placed properly and fit in the right spot

I didn’t remove the rings, the AXL shoulder pads are covering it just enough to not show.

Did you make that Roll1 pouch or did you customize it? Also nice job on the MSM pack integration. Does it shift around much when loaded?

No everything is aligned perfectly. I fabricated those buckles and mounting points to work with the shoulder pafs

@@marke8tn844 I second those AXL shoulders. I run a pair on my FCPC V5 as well and I agree with him, nest shoulder pads Inhave used to date. I have worn a lot of different shoulder pads and these are amazing especially if you have bad shoulders.

There are 0 reasons to attach a bag to the back of a plate carrier. The excuse it's for others on the group is such BS. Use a regular bag so you can drop it if needed.
