A few weeks back we headed out on snowshoes to stay in a backcountry yurt for a night of winter camping. The hike was beautiful and the yurt was a blast. Thanks for watching!

I was laughing about the thought of how much fun my husband wouldn't have on a trip like that. He might have tolerated the hike and the woodstove, but I think we would have lost him using snowmelt for drinking water. And the expression on his face when I pointed to the outhouse... PRICELESS! I on the other hand would have been all over a trip like that. Thanks for sharing your trip with us.

Holy moly! You guys earned a stay in the yurt! The yurt I stay in on occasion is a 45 minute drive from my driveway to the driveway in front of the yurt at a nearby state park. If I had to snowshoe hike to it I wouldn't be so eager to stay in it. Your views are much more spectacular so I guess it's worth the effort...kills me just thinking about it. At 73 my days of traversing up mountain sides are long gone. Now, if I could ski to it that's a different story. I would love to ski back to the car. Great and enjoyable video.

Great Video Chase! I watch a lot of trip/travel videos, and I can't think of many where you capture so well the aerial shots with you hiking, in this case, both of you! Very impressive! I like how you guys spent the weekend at a yurt, that is the perfect way to enjoy the winter snows. Love also the evening sunset, just beautiful. And best of all, the last shot of you both with the drone...really cool! Thanks for doing the video, very much appreciate the work, time and effort as well as editing that goes into making them, look forward to your next one!

Love your videos. Great job!! Questions.. how do you book the yurt? Airbnb? And, with all that snow, how do you know where to park? And this goes for your earlier trips in snow... how do you keep from getting lost when you're walking from point A to point B when there are so few clear markers and everything is white?? I'm tossed between getting an Outback vs Forester. What made you choose the Outback? Keep up the great work!! Very inspiring!! And yes, already subscribed!!
