Try zero caffeine at least 3 hours before bed. Your job also kinda messes up your circadian rhythm. All those different work schedules, and time zones. Also try not to look at your phone when you’re in bed, that will stimulate your brain again, and also make it much harder to drift off to sleep once you decide to switch it off. 😊🤞🏻

No caffeine at all is the way to go. Also, no eating six hours before bedtime.
Skip the powder/ juice combo and try magnesium caplets on their own.

Maybe the magnesium isnt working in your nighttime drink because of all the sugar in the tart cherry juice isnt helping. 🤔🤷♀️

Great point. Sugar hypes us up. Also, adding Melatonin to the Magnesium would work better.

If you add calcium powder to the mag, it may do the trick.

Kacey, I use a mix of melatonin and magnesium; along with soaking in a warm bath of lavender/melatonin/natural oils mix, by Dr. Teal.

Dr Teals is Epsom salts (Mg) with added scents. So a good warm soaking Mg bath is usually very relaxing.
I’m going to Italy in October for my second time.
There might be too much sugar in the cherry juice to make you tired

Magnesium Citraite capsules work for me. I was doing just the magnesium and it helped but the Citraite seems the best. Also keep in mind how late you drink anything with caffeine I have to stop my 1 PM or I can't go to sleep.
Kacey do net get Traders Joes Marinara...I saw three chefs say it was awful......Mutti or Raos!!!!! If you do not do it from scratch.
You should try magnesium glycinate tablets instead. Works great for me and you can take 800 mg per night if the lower dose doesn’t work. I’m with you on the struggle bus on sleep

Unfortunately the issue is that no amount of magnesium will counter a very high level of caffeine. It’s 100% the caffeine that is messing up both your quantity and quality of sleep. First step would be to completely eliminate energy drinks.

People in my area still have up their Christmas lights. It is comforting for some to keep them up. Get a bigger place and you'll have more room to make a bigger mess. You're a girl and you have more accoutrement. How about another Josh makeup tutorial?

She should try a CBD for sleep. I never slept so when I started these I actually started to sleep well. I will day it's all trying to see what is best for you

i would recomend looking into seeing a behavioral sleep medicine provider who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. the "tricks" you see on social media are not typically going to help if you have chronic sleep problems/insomnia. (coming from someone training to be a sleep psychologist).
CBD oil (from hemp, not weed) works really well for sleep.
Unfortunately melatonin makes my heart race. Lack of sleep or poor sleep patterns seems to be epidemic.
It’s annoying that pilots get paid for sits but we don’t. So irritating and I hate sits on go home day

Girl is from KENTUCKY and doesn't know what to drink before bed to help her sleep. Hint: it starts with a B and ends with ourbon :) edit - tart cherry works for me, about 4 - 5 ounces an hour or two before bed.
