Honestly I think the jets could go far in the playoffs. They look alot better than last playoffs and they also are on a 8 game winning streak. This team is playing the best conference heading into to game 2 and the fan base is insane, I’ve seen other Canadian teams in this playoffs but jets fans make it feel like the building is shaking.

Can you believe there are fools who actually think Winnipeg has problems with attendance?

Crazy thing bout Winnipeg, when the whiteout comes, the cheering in the stadium become the equivalent of an ACTUAL JET! For those wondering, that would be exactly 125.0 - 140.0 decibels!

This!!! ⬆️ People do not seem to understand this about Winnipeg. To put into perspective: the city of Phoenix has about 3x the population of our ENTIRE PROVINCE! The Jets “low attendance” numbers were still more than double what the Coyotes were playing to and this is not a low attendance in this video. This is a sold out 15,000+ seat arena. On top of this crowd, there’s also about the same number of people partying on the street outside as fit into the Coyote’s whole arena. P.S. - I have a lot of compassion for Coyotes fans, so I’m sorry for using them as an example but I thought it might make sense to some Americans who know nothing about Winnipeg.

*note* I actually discovered I’m a bit off on some of these stats. I believe the Phoenix metro area is even bigger than I thought! Anyway, people can look it up for themselves but my point still stands…we are a tiny town compared to some of these huge American metropolitan areas, but we still outsell some of them.
