@JackieBillyTom We wear white because Winnipeg gets called winterpeg because we have long hard winters and blizzards so we wear the white to represent those blizzards, we call it the whiteout, it started in like the 80’s we aren’t stupid we have a tradition

@@JackieBillyTom it actually did have to do with blizzards and winter now but in the 80’s jets ownership came up with it because Calgary had the sea of red, so ownership went “what colour do we wear”and someone proposed white with the idea of Winnipeg winter and blizzards and it stuck so when the jets came back they brought back the whiteout as a connection to the original jets

Jets handled the avs easily. Next game will be a blowout for the jets

Funny. I remember thinking that the Avs outplayed the Jets in this game. Those homer goggles sure clouded your vision eh?

Not a confident win. To allow the Avs to catch up shouldn't have happened. The defence wasn't solid. I didn't see the Jets that played a 7-0 win against Colorado in this game.

Wasn’t impressed by the final score. I think Hellenbyck let in to many goals. I think Hellenbyck should not play Tuesday. Brossoit should start. No brainer.
