These logs are all doom and gloom! I hope the artists are not feeling that much pressure, and hope they finish it all safely!

Seeing these remind me of my old work environment. It's the kind of push back between team members while at the same time trying to help each other. If you push too hard you make everyone's life difficult, if you don't push enough you end up over saturated with tasks. It takes a lot of collaboration and understanding to find the right balance. That is difficult in a project like this, especially since they are figuring out the art style and workflow on the fly. If it was similar to previous work it would be easier as they have already established rules to work with. With this everything is new and challenging. So in the beginning they have to try things that might not work that takes time, but if you don't spend the time trying things you will have to work manually and that takes even longer. Very nice to see these logs. Gives perspective on the hard work they are doing, and how they are overcoming the challenges they face.

The production logs are great. Cant wait to see more

I work in feature animation and every struggle, tension, and conflict in these production logs are the totality of what I see when I close my eyes at night.

I mean, it's not the 3D artists job to learn how to paint so her paintings make sense. It's her job to make her paintings make sense so they can be translated into 3D. The 3D artist was pointing out to her that there are several ways a 3D modeller will tackle it or be confused by it. He was doing his job. It wasn't really a justified burn it just sounds like someone grumbling because they took offense to professional feedback. In my opinion of course.

I hope they make the cartoon shaders they used here avaliable for the community. Ive been trying to find a stylized shader for years and if it comes from blender people themselves im sure it is better option

Do I have any blender animators who would like to put a vision of mine onscreen? It can be either Pokemon, Shrek, or Mario (e.g., the SMB movie animation).

I would not be comfortable with someone filming all my mistakes in my job , a bit strange ,after seeing the drama i wouldnt hire some people from this, and i think theres more people who think the same, you show too much of the office and not enough blender itself.We dont need to see their reactions when they change to chang what they did and redo it, not in this dramatic manner.
