Wine Caddy Woodworking Gift Project | The PERFECT Gift with FREE TEMPLATES!!

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Need an amazing woodworking gift idea? Try making this crazy awesome looking wine caddy. A wine bottle holder is the perfect gift for a wedding or housewarming. Plus, it’s a great woodworking project to batch out so you can make several wine caddies in the same amount of time it takes me make one.
I made this wine bottle holder from walnut and wenge. I used a template that I created using Inkscape. The design allows for two wine glasses and one wine bottle. The bottom shelf has a dish cutout with a cork liner. It gives a soft spot for the wine bottle to sit on and prevents the wine bottle from sliding around.
There’s a lot of fun woodworking in this wine bottle holder. I highly recommend giving this project a shot!

Thank you Billy! I just finished my first Sapele/Wenge Wine Caddy and it turned out very nice (I must admit). Usually, the first few new projects I make are so so. This was a fun build! The next Wine caddy I make will have a Wenge reveal on the bottom of each piece. I simply will glue up a 1/4" piece of Wenge on the bottom of each piece before I start. Then follow your steps. If all goes well, it will have a subtle Wenge accent to the bottoms of each piece which will match the legs. I really enjoy your vids. Thanks again Billy! -Joe
